THE WAY OF MANAGING FOR DRIVERS AND OPERATORS
●Operators should undertake the daily maintaining of machine.
Checking of oil, water, and performance of machine should be done before normal work. After cleaning surface of equipment and lubrication,fill the examine record of equipment rightly and then start work。
Chinese directors can bring forward punishment and dismissal shall follow on an operators who do not function well in execution of daily maintaining of equipment to the management CHICO。

●Before starting regular work every day, operators should ask clearly
about working content and relational requirement from Chinese Directors。
Meanwhile Chinese Directors should emphasize that all operators should pay more attention to the safety matters on site。
●It is prohibited or forbidden to steal and sell off diesel,fitting of not
CHICCO’s property without the Supervisor’s authority. Once found stealing,penalty of dismissal will be followed without notice.
●After off duty every day,operators should park the equipment
according to the directive from the Chinese Supervisor and take some measures to protect the safety of equipment. After it is done
●Handover the key to the Chinese supervisor after works for safety
storage。
●All operators should abide rules and regulations of not allowing any
other operators to operate his/her equipment without Chinese supervisor's permission (unless in urgent incidences)。
●Drivers must have a clean driver’s license and should obey the
transport rules of Zambia;the maximum speed a lways shouldn’t exceed 60 km/hour while on duty or while loaded with literate especially in sections where the road condition is in a bad state.
●Drivers should slow down and pay more attention to safety.
●Meanwhile No passengers are allowed in Any company Vehicles
●No Machine or vehicle shall be worked on without the supervisor’s
authority, hence report all breakdowns to the head of department in time.
●If found exercising duties for mechanic while you are operators,stiff
measures shall be followed without a warning。
●Always make sure your machine is in good condition。
If noticed that
some of your engine or body parts are damaged unexpected, you should be n a position of giving the acceptable explanation. Once found the being causer a measures shall taken there and then. And this shall be a dismissal instantly。
●No any other business while on duty
●It is forbidden to drive while drink alcohol, once found Drunk a
dismissal shall follow instantly.
●All Operators shall have a book of records which shall have records of
fuel,drive name on duty,mileage,and date. Make sure when handing over u sign and the supervisor signs to approve the usage of the equipment and don’t forget to handover the book to the supervisor in charge after a months 。
failure to follow the above stated punishable measures will be taken with No obligation.
●If worked well an Encouragement will be given in term of money and if
not worked well final punishment will be taken strictly for Local operators
●Our workshop manager’s department has staged the activity of local
operator ‘s assessing according to the equipment’s maintenance situation, repairing time, multifunction record,working safety accident record,oil and spare parts record,and put certain premium on those worked well in front of all workers。
●If these circumstances as below happened and cause loss to the
company or damage our profit:(1)the equipment was damaged caused by the operator did not maintain carefully;(2) the equipment was damaged or arises safety accident caused by operator improperly;(3)steal oil ,material or spare parts;
●We will punish the people by ask them to pay a certain sum of money
according to the situation, and those who did badly will be dismissed instantly。
●For the fired operator, any construction project or team of this
company will not re employ him anymore。
●For those local operators that abide our regulations, diligent and
worm—hearted, behave good, we are going to consider to improve their treatment by employing them for a long term services by giving them suitable raise or giving them length of services salary system.
