1. 开机前应认真检查设备机械，电气部分和防护装置是否完好、可靠，严禁设备带病作业。
Before starting check the equipment. Do not use the sick equipment.
2. 设备发生故障时需通知设备维修人员进行维修，不得自行维修。
Do not repair the equipment by yourself. Ask help from authorized persons.
3. 检查设备额定压力，使用时不得超限。
Do not overuse the equipment.
4. 调整模具，工件，测试工件，维护清理设备等必须在停机状态下进行。
The operation of adjustment, test and so on should not be done before it stops completely.
5. 不得两人同时操作一台设备。
Two or more persons do not operate the machine simultaneously.
6. 紧急按钮前不能有任何障碍物。
No obstruction before emergency button.
危险区域 Dangerous Area
1. 禁止将手，工具等放在挤压范围之内。
Do not put hands, tools in the punching area.
个人防护用品要求 PPE Requirements
1. 工作服 Work clothes
2. 安全工作鞋 Safety shoes
3. 防护眼镜 Safety goggles
4. 纱手套Gloves
5. 耳塞 Earplug
人员资质要求 People Qualification Requirements
1. 操作人员须经培训后方可进行操作，未经专门培训不得单独操作。
