3.3 V LVTTL/LVCMOS to LVPECL Translator MC100EPT622DescriptionThe MC100EPT622 is a 10−Bit LVTTL/LVCMOS to LVPECL translator. Because LVPECL (Positive ECL) levels are used only +3.3 V and ground are required. The device has an OR −ed enable input which can accept either LVPECL (ENPECL) or TTL/LVCMOS inputs (ENTTL). Because LVPECL (Positive ECL), LVDS, and positive CML input levels and LVTTL/LVCMOS output levels are used, only + 3.3 V and ground are required. The small outline 8-lead SOIC package and the dual gate design of the EPT23 makes it ideal for applications which require the translation of a clock or data signal.The EPT23 is available in only the ECL 100K standard. Since there are no LVPECL outputs or an external V BB reference, the EPT23 does not require both ECL standard versions. The LVPECL/LVDS inputs are differential. Therefore, the MC100EPT23 can accept any standard differential LVPECL/LVDS input referenced from a V CC of + 3.3 V. d类100w元件参数对于一个采用普通元件制作的D类100W功放电路,其元件参数包括:1.IC1选用双D触发器CD4013。
2.IC2选用高速MOSFET驱动电路TC4426,该芯片在4.5V~18V供电范围内均能稳定地工作,其输出驱动电流高达1.5A,而输出阻抗只有7Ω,因此是驱动数字功放中MOSFET功放管的理想器件。
3.输出管选用NMOS场效应管IRFP140(100V,30A,150W)。
4.D1、D2选用高速肖特基二极管MBR150,如果买不到MBR150,也可以用其他同类型二极管替换。
5.T1用直径为1mm的高强度漆包线在直径为25mm的3C85型磁心上双线并绕8匝。
6.T2初级用直径为1mm的高强度漆包线在相同磁心上绕6匝,次级用直径为0.8mm的高强度漆包线在相同磁心上绕21匝。
7.L1用直径为0.8mm的高强度漆包线在T-157-2型铁氧体磁心上密绕64匝。
8.L2用直径为0.8mm的高强度漆包线在T-130-2型铁氧体磁心上密绕64匝。
9.如果该功放在工作时有噪声干扰,可在CD4013以及TC4426的电压输入端(靠近管脚)加装一只47nF的电容。
电阻均选用五色环金属化电阻,MOSFET输出管控制极的2.2Ω电阻功率为2W,3个470nF电容选用WIMA电容,其余电容为普通电容。
该机的供电电压只有13.8V,因而对电源的输出电流要求较高,电流要大于9A才能保证在大功率状态功放机正常工作。
如果条件允许的话,电源可以用输出电压为14V的开关电源改制。
10.输出阻抗在4-16Ω之间时,该功放均能正常工作,效率高于76%。
由于输出变压器T2的存在,输出音色颇有胆机风味,音响爱好者不妨一试。

漏电保护需外接漏电电流互感器,外接 漏电互感器检测电流的灵敏度较高,主
