NF740使用说明书一、产品概述本产品是一款智能型电动机综合保护器,是传统热继电器的升级换代产品。
该产品采用数字处理技术,数码管显示,分体式设计,通过外置的电流互感器检测电动机的三相负载电流,可以显示三相电流并根据电流判断是否存在过载、缺相等故障。
当发生上述故障时,接触器继电器断开,切断电动机电源。
二、主要功能●电流显示●过载保护●缺相保护●故障电流锁定●自动恢复三、主要技术指标四、操作指南●查看A、B、C三相电流正常工作时显示的是三相平均电流,按“Set”键可以切换显示A、B、C三相电流。
发生过载、欠载、缺相、三相不平衡等故障时显示电流闪烁,表示这是锁定在发生故障那一刻的电流(这时电动机已断电,实际电流为0)。
●电动机额定电流值设置长按“Set”键2秒,数码管显示“设定”,用“ ”或“ ”键改变设定值(按住“ ”或“ ”键不放可连发),设置好后按“Set”键退出设置状态。
●告警(保护)状态恢复发生过载、缺相等告警时,会在显示屏上闪烁显示“过载”、“缺相”等字样,继电器断开,并且锁定在断开状态。
这时只要按“M”键即可从保护锁定状态恢复。
●参数设置在显示电流的状态下,长按“M”键5秒,进入参数设置状态,这时显示器上显示“Fxx”,其中xx是两位数字,表示参数代码。
用“ ”或“ ”键可选择参数代码,按“Set”键则显示该参数代码对应的参数值,这时再用“ ”或“ ”键即可对参数值进行设置,设置完成后按“Set”键退出设置状态。
设置过程中按“M”键表示放弃,退出但不保存设置值。
内部参数代码如下表所示:五、基本工作原理●电流检测通过外置的电流互感器检测负载电流,所以被保护电机的三根相线必须分别穿过电流互感器的三个小孔。
●过载保护当负载电流超过额定电流(参数F11),并且持续时间达到设定的过载动作时间时(参数F13),内部继电器断开,切断电动机电源。
负载电流过小时,不进行三相不平衡检测,防止在电机断电状态产生误动作。

在开始使用GP之前,请认真阅读本手册的有关说明。
本手册对GP产品的硬件特性、连接及初始化设定等内容作介绍。
警告:为了安全、正确地使用该装置,请遵守下列准则。
* 因为存在触电的危险,因此在连接电源线到GP上时,确保电源线没有接通电源。
* 由于GP内部装有高电压部件,当拆解该装置时,可能会引起触电,不要拆解GP。
* 不要使用超过电压范围的电源。
使用超过指定电压范围的电源,可能会损坏GP。
* 在有可燃性气体的环境中不要使用GP,否则可能引起爆炸。
* GP使用一个锂电池用来支持内部时钟数据。
如果错误的更换电池,可能引起爆炸。
为了避免危险,请不要自己更换电池。
当需要更换电池时,请与天任联系。
* 在涉及生命或有重大灾难的情况下,不要使用触摸屏键。
应使用单独的开关。
* 当GP与它的主控制器之间的通信出现错误时,请设计你的系统以便机器动作不会出现错误。
如果不这样,人有受到伤害的危险并且有可能损坏设备。
预防措施:* 不要用硬的或重物碰撞触摸屏,或用太大的力量按触摸屏,因为可能会导致无法修补的损伤。
* 如果放置GP的环境温度超出了规定的温度范围,GP将可能被损坏。
* 在GP的内部,不允许有水、液体或金属物质,否则会使GP损坏或触电。
* 避免减少GP的通风空间,或在易升温的环境中存放、使用GP。
* 避免在阳光直射、灰尘多、肮脏的环境中存放使用GP。
* GP是精密仪器。
注意不要对GP有大的冲击或振动,否则仪器容易损坏。
* 不要使用油漆,有机溶剂或强酸复合物擦拭显示器。
* 因为可能会有无法预料的事情发生,请对您的画面数据做备份。

桥接模式的另一个优势是在负载上没有直流电压。
输出信号由通道A和B偏置在VDD/2。

在单端输出模式下,如果不使用输出耦合电容,就会在负载上产生一个VDD/2的直流偏置电压,这就会增加芯片的功耗并对负载造成永久性的损害。
