复杂零件数控加工实训
用数控车床完成图所示零件的加工。
零件材料为45钢,毛坯为件1:¢50×100、件2:¢50×80,按图纸要求完成零件节点、基点计算,设定工件坐标系,制定正确的工艺方案,选择合理的刀具和切削工艺参数,编制数控加工程序。
1.刀具的选择:1号刀:93度菱形外圆车刀;2号刀:60度外螺纹刀;3号刀:外切槽刀(3mm);4号刀:内孔镗刀;5号刀:60度内螺纹刀;6号刀:内切槽刀(2.5mm)。
2.切削参数的选择各工序刀具的切削参数见表2-3表2-3 各工序刀具的切削参数FANUC-0i系统参考程序工艺路线:(1)用G71粗加工件2左端,用G70精加工件2左端,留¢25×30工艺搭子。
(2)调头夹¢25×30工艺搭子,粗加工右端椭圆,留双边1mm余量。
(3)手工切断,保证长度52。
(4)用G71粗加工件1左端,用G70精加工1左端。
(5)切40度槽及椭圆左端槽。
(6)调头夹¢36×28,用用G71粗加工加工件1右端内孔部分,用G70精加工件1右端内孔部分。
(7)切4×¢31槽。
(8)用G76螺纹复合循环加工M30×1.5内螺纹。
(9)粗加工1右端外部椭圆,留双边1mm余量。
(10)将件2旋入件1,精加工椭圆。

以购物中心关注的餐饮品牌TOP20为观察样本,前后对比,你会发现,一
年后依旧上榜的品牌只有9家,榜单上超过一半是新面孔。
与2016年数据相比:
星巴克、海底捞、西贝等业界大牌地位稳定;
现象级品牌喜茶排名跃升11位,探鱼、云海肴等口碑品牌排名亦有所上
夸张的,郑州大卫城某拉面品牌1.5个月便从商场撤出。新创品牌的上升通
道正在收紧。
30家店全部开在商场的W君对此深有感触
在某A级购物中心,正餐大品牌能签8年,本地代表品牌签5年,它们生
意稳定、交租及时。相反,轻餐小吃区是红海,通常只能签1年,在二线城
市租金最高达到800-900元/平,很多小品牌抱着钱挤破头还进不来。有些新

最近,朋友W给内参君发来一条消息,说他在逛郑州最繁华的购物中心
大卫城时,看到里面的餐饮品牌又迎来一轮新洗牌,尤其是负一楼的小餐
饮,品牌替换明显加快。
已经记不清,这是该商场第几次洗牌了。内参君去探场发现:
大卫城并不是个案。在距离它直线距离1公里左右的华润万象城:
B1F的面包新语被软欧包网红品牌openoven取代;
餐饮品类有四种:
1、引领消费潮流的品牌。比如上广深港、国外的餐厅,首次进京或首次进
中国。例如喜茶就是首次进京。即将开业的日本牛角烤肉就是首次进大陆。
我们期待引入全新的品牌给消费者,引领消费者消费方向和行业的发展方
向。
2、餐饮集团做的新品牌首发。细节品质有保证,运营有经验,而且他们的
承租能力很稳定。
3、代表餐饮消费升级类品牌。朝阳大悦城今年尝试引入了多个代表消费升
场开业时专门搭配一些新创品牌,以便给二次调整留出空间(而大部分新品牌
都成了炮灰)。

谁能成为商场餐饮常青树?

据招商负责人介绍,虽然大悦城的餐饮竞争很激烈,汰换品牌也是在业内
出了名的能折腾,但如果签署了正常租期,并不会有外界所说的3个月关
店那幺残酷。业内3个月关店的店铺都是一些餐饮POP-UP店,仅签署了3
到6个月的合约。
以朝阳大悦城为例,在朝阳大悦城餐饮招商负责人张闯看来,目前倾向的
商场餐饮30%成了“炮灰”,最快一个半月就被淘
汰!
如今,购物中心越开越多,商场中餐饮占比也从10%一路上升到50%以
上。
然而,商场给品牌的成长周期也在大幅缩短,数据显示,商场餐饮淘汰期
从5年到3年到缩至1年。甚至,在一些A类购物中心,让一家餐厅撤场最
快只用1.5~3个月!
竞争越来越白热化,商场餐饮洗牌开始加速。你要如何成为幸存者?
6F的小南国撤店,表哥茶餐厅正在装修;
7F的潮堂撤店,海底捞火锅进驻;
7F的小天鹅火锅撤店后,目测换成了食通天旗下的掂档牛肉火锅
以前,商场通常会给品牌一两年的培养期、再有两到三年的红利期,而现
在,《中国餐饮报告(白皮书2017)》显示,类购物中心,关掉一家生意不好的餐厅最快只用3个月。更
大悦城刚刚推出匠心慢食主题空间拾间,落地效果就很理想。
内参君调查发现,早餐、酒吧、烧烤等购物中心传统少见品类,也因特
色经营开始展露苗头,三里屯通盈中心楼顶的theroof是夜店+酒吧,太古里
的桃园眷村是早餐,朝阳大悦城的薛蟠、串亭是烤串这些品类有助于打造差
异化的新竞争力。越好的购物中心,越希望在品牌上能够引领市场,向用户
不过两个月的,也属于此列;
(3)自创品牌眼高手低死。这两年太多小白和跨界人干餐饮,看啥热门就跟
风做个自创品牌,花大钱进了商业体,但产品研发、运营管理、品牌推广都
没有章法,小餐饮区大量前赴后继的炮灰就是例证;
(4)加盟店断血死。有些品牌很有名,但商场加盟店却生意惨淡,缺乏总部
后续运营、推广支持,或者供应链各自为战。水货加盟店有类似问题,一些
级的品类,包括举个栗子、文宇奶酪等小品类升级品牌。最近华中、华南的
购物中心出现了烤冷面、烤鸡爪、掉渣饼等超级单品店,北京也出现了倔驴
帮、噹哈驴火等对驴肉火烧品类升级的品牌。做得都非常有特色,在保证了
口味的基础上,升级了消费体验。
4、从未进购物中心,但知名度、消费者认可度极高的民间品牌。这类品牌
有意向升级品牌,提升形象和细节后会非常受欢迎。比如,今年5月,朝阳
四种死法:
(1)网红品牌流行死。来得快去得也快,名气常常大于产品。一旦新鲜期一
过,立马冷场。赵小姐不等位、很高兴遇见你、水货连续关店,基本
都在此列;
(2)大牌水土不服死。在港台和北上广做得成功,进一二线城市就不行,高
冷不接地气。成都利苑兰桂坊店、鼎泰丰来福士店关店,郑州万象城的小南
国、潮堂关店,都与此有关。还有一些街边店做到几十家,可进商场开店活
升;
九毛九、奈雪的茶、新石器烤肉等崭露头角的上升期品牌,以及牧之初
心、大开沙界、PizzaExpress等西式简餐首次入围;
漫咖啡、绿茶、优格花园、太平洋咖啡、炉鱼、弄堂里、大食代等品牌跌
出前20。
结合榜单数据和对中国购物中心第一梯队招商负责人的采访,内参君发
现,不管是被淘汰还是主动离开,从内在经营看,撤场的餐饮品牌无外乎有
