非金属内饰材料的易燃性测试1.适用范围本标准适用于汽车内部非金属材料的易燃性测试。

2.易燃性测试方法2.1 测试设备设备应包括图1所绘的金属测试柜和喷灯,以及图2所绘的U形夹具。

柜正面配有隔热观察窗,用于观察柜内情况。

柜门在柜的一侧,用于测试件和燃烧器的移入和取出。

测试柜顶板和底板上都必须钻通风孔,柜内配备测试件导轨。

2.1.2 喷灯喷灯采用本生灯,其孔径为9.5+0.5mm,燃料使用民用煤气或液化丙烷气体(LPG)。

U型夹具两块组成钢材的尺寸见图2,如图2标注基准线A和B,钢制夹具表面经过电镀防腐处理。

图2. (单位:mm)2.2 测试方法2.2.1 测试件尺寸A测试件的长、宽和厚分别为350mm,100mm,12mm。

如果可行,则从实际产品切下测试标本。

如果不可行,测试件应切割成直角平行六边形。

因为产品的尺寸或形状决定了是否能如2.2.2内容获得测试件尺寸。

按如下步骤切割和加工五块测试件(1)选取内材料表面平坦部分(如果材料外形等原因造成平坦部分面积过小,无法切割出2.2.1中规定尺寸的测试件,则选取弯曲度较小的部位作为切割位)。

然后按2.2.1中规定的长、宽和厚,切割测试件。

如果12mm的厚度内存在结合的两种不同内材料,则根据材料结合方式,使用下列方法获取测试件:(a)所有材料接触点都是用粘合剂或类似物质结合因为两种不同的内材料粘合在一起,组成独立的合成材料,从发动机舱表面切割12mm的粘合测试件。

(b)所有材料接触点不是用粘合剂或类似物质结合分别切割发动机舱表面材料和底材。

“TSM管理命令行”是通过安装TSM客户端时选择管理命令行进行安装,默认的管理员为admin,口令为admin。

安装方法请参考安装文档中“客户端安装配置”部份。

下图为登录后的TSM命令管理行界面:“ISC控制台”则是WEB界面的管理工具,实施时由实施人员安装在TSM服务器中。

默认连接地址是http://10.1.0.21:8421/ibm/console,登录用户为iscadmin,口令为tivoli。

不同微生物菌剂对中药渣堆肥过程及理化性质的影响陈霞;罗友进;程玥晴;谢永红【摘要】[目的]中药渣富含纤维素、作物生长所需的营养元素等,是制作有机肥料的重要来源之一,研究不同微生物菌剂对中药渣堆肥效果的影响,对合理地科学地利用中药渣有机肥的效果有重要意义.[方法]本文以藿香正气液、通天口服混合药液渣为研究对象,分别添加3种高纤维素腐熟速率的复合微生物菌剂(TSM、TEM、TSEM),采用条垛式堆肥系统进行堆肥试验,对比分析了不同微生物菌剂对中药渣堆肥效果,并迸一步分析了堆肥过程中温室气体C02和CH4的排放情况,为中药渣合理地利用提供科学依据.[结果]3种微生物菌剂处理的堆肥过程中温度经历升温期、高温期和降温期,其中TSM处理的高温期持续时间最长,达到了21 d.在整个堆肥周期内,中药渣堆肥的有机质含量表现为TSM> TEM> TSEM,至堆肥结束时,TSM、TEM、TSEM处理的中药渣堆肥的有机质为78.3%、76.9%和73.1%;仅TEM(T=(终点C/N比)/(初始C/N比)=0.52< 0.6)和TSEM(T =0.48<0.6)处理的堆肥达到腐熟标准,但是仅TSEM处理的堆肥总养分含量(5.03%)和总金属含量达到中华人民共和国农业行业标准——有机肥料,且无毒性(GI=54%);同时在堆肥过程中,TSEM处理的C02排放浓度最低(2.13×105 ~2.73×105mg·m-3),但是CH4排放量较高.[结论]在藿香正气液、通天口服液混合渣中接种TSEM微生物菌剂进行堆肥反应,实现了堆肥物料的资源化、减量化和无害化,但在实际生产过程中要注重温室气体CH4处理.%[Objective] Chinese herbal residue is one of the important resources because of its rich in fiber,nutrient elements.The effects of different microbial agents on Chinese herbal residue composting process are needed to be known,which is very significant to use Chinese herbal residues scientifically and reasonably.[Method]The Chinese herbresidue composited of Ageratum liquid and Tongtian oral was used as tested materials,which was applied with three kinds of microbial agents (TSM,TEM,TSEM) which had the capacity of decomposing cellulose.A crib composting was used to compare and analyze the composting effects of different microbial agents on Chinese herb residue.Meanwhile the emissions of CO2and CH4 during composting process were also studied to provide the scientific basis for using the Chinese herbal residues and to make contribution to environment.[Result] There were three periods in composting,including temperature raising period,altithermal period and temperature cooling period,of which the altithermal period lasting for 21 days in TSM treatment was the longest.During the composting,the organic matter contents were in order of TSEM > TEM > TSM,and at the end of composting,the organic matter contents of composting in TSM,TEM and TSEM treatments were 78.3 %,76.9 % and 73.1%,respectively;The Chinese herbal residues compost in TEM (T =0.52 < 0.6) and TSEM (T =0.48 < 0.6) treatment reached the standard of ripe composting.However,the total nutrient content of Chinese herbal residues compost (5.03 %) reached the level of national organic standard and the compost was non-toxic (GI=54 %) only in TSEM treatment.The emission of CO2 (2.13-2.73 ×105mg · m-3) in TSEM treatment was lower than that in others,but the emission of CH4 was highest during composting.[Conclusion]The application of TSEM in the Chinese herbal residues could basically achieve compost material utilization,reduction and harmless,but in the actualproduction process,the emission of greenhouse gases CH4 was paid to attention.【期刊名称】《西南农业学报》【年(卷),期】2017(030)012【总页数】8页(P2756-2763)【关键词】微生物菌剂;中药渣;堆肥;温室气体;养分【作者】陈霞;罗友进;程玥晴;谢永红【作者单位】重庆市农业科学院,重庆401329;重庆市农业科学院,重庆401329;重庆市农业科学院,重庆401329;重庆市农业科学院,重庆401329【正文语种】中文【中图分类】S158【研究意义】中草药业是我国传统优势产业之一,随着人们对中医药需求的增加,全国各大中药制药厂大批量生产中药,随之产生了大量的中药渣[1-2]。

The above feedback loop is made with an optocoupler.1. Voltage and Current Control1.1. Voltage ControlThe voltage loop is controlled via a first transcon-ductance operational amplifier, the resistor bridge R1, R2, and the optocoupler which is directly con-nected to the output.The relation between the values of R1 and R2 should be chosen as writen in Equation 1.R1 = R2 x Vref / (Vout - Vref) Eq1 where Vout is the desired output voltage.To avoid the discharge of the load, the resistor bridge R1, R2 should be highly resistive. For this type of application, a total value of 100KΩ (or more) would be appropriate for the resistors R1 and R2.As an example, with R2 = 100KΩ, Vout = 4.10V, Vref = 1.210V, then R1 = 41.9KΩ.Note that if the low drop diode should be inserted between the load and the voltage regulation resis-tor bridge to avoid current flowing from the load through the resistor bridge, this drop should be taken into account in the above calculations by re-placing Vout by (Vout + Vdrop).1.2. Current ControlThe current loop is controlled via the second trans-conductance operational amplifier, the sense resistor Rsense, and the optocoupler.The control equation verifies:Rsense x Ilim = Vsense eq2 Rsense = Vsense / Ilim eq2’where Ilim is the desired limited current, and Vsense is the threshold voltage for the current control loop.As an example, with Ilim = 1A, Vsense = -200mV, then Rsense = 200mΩ.Note that the Rsense resistor should be chosen taking into account the maximum dissipation (Plim) through it during full load operation.Plim = Vsense x Ilim. eq3As an example, with Ilim = 1A, and Vsense = 200mV, Plim = 200mW. Therefore, for most adapter and battery charger applications, a quarter-watt, or half-watt resistor to make the current sensing function is sufficient. Vsense threshold is achieved internally by a re-sistor bridge tied to the Vref voltage reference. Its middle point is tied to the positive input of the cur-rent control operational amplifier, and its foot is to be connected to lower potential point of the sense resistor as shown on the following figure. The re-sistors of this bridge are matched to provide the best precision possibleThe current sinking outputs of the two trans-con-nuctance operational amplifiers are common (to the output of the IC). This makes an ORing func-tion which ensures that whenever the current or the voltage reaches too high values, the optocou-pler is activated.The relation between the controlled current and the controlled output voltage can be described with a square characteristic as shown in the fol-lowing V/I output-power graph.Figure 3 : Output voltage versus output current2. CompensationThe voltage-control trans-conductance operation-al amplifier can be fully compensated. Both its out-put and the negative input are directly accessible for external compensation components.TSM105PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION AND APPLICATION HINTSAn example of a suitable compensation network is shown in Fig.2. It consists of a capacitor Cvc1=2.2nF and a resistor Rcv1=470KΩ in series, connected in parallel with another capacitor Cvc2=22pF.The current-control trans-conductance operation-al amplifier has to be compensated in a different way, since its negative input is connected to ground. A series connection of a capacitor Cic1=100nF and a resistor Ric1=22Ω can be put between OUT and GND to stabilize the global reg-ulation loop.3. Start Up and Short Circuit Conditions Under start-up or short-circuit conditions the TSM105 is not provided with a high enough supply voltage. This is due to the fact that the chip has its power supply line in common with the power sup-ply line of the system.Therefore, the current limitation can only be en-sured by the primary PWM module, which should be chosen accordingly.If the primary current limitation is considered not to be precise enough for the application, then a suffi-cient supply for the TSM105 has to be ensured un-der any condition. It would then be necessary to add some circuitry to supply the chip with a sepa-rate power line. This can be achieved in numer-ous ways, including an additional winding on the transformer.The following schematic shows how to realise a low-cost power supply for the TSM105 (with no additional windings).Please pay attention to the fact that in the particu-lar case presented here, this low-cost power sup-ply can reach voltages as high as twice the volt-age of the regulated line.
