Lease Agreement

Party A: __________ (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”)

Both parties hereby agree to enter into a lease agreement in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Basic Information

2. Identity, Rights, Obligations, Performance Method, Term and Breach of Contract

(i) Identity: The Lessor represents that the leased property is their operational property or that they are authorized by the owner to lease it.

(ii) Rights: The Lessee has the right to use the leased property in accordance with the provisions of the lease agreement.

(iii) Obligations: The Lessor must provide the leased property to the Lessee in good condition and maintain it during the term of the lease agreement. The Lessee must pay the rent in full and on time, use the property in accordance with the law and the provisions of the lease agreement, and maintain the leased property.

(iv) Performance Method: The Lessor agrees to provide and transfer the leased property to the Lessee for the agreed term, and the Lessee agrees to accept and pay rent for the leased property.

(v) Term: The lease period shall be __________

months/years. Upon expiration of the lease period, the Lessee shall vacate the leased property, and the Lessor shall have the right to inspect the property.

Both parties shall comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

4. Clarification of Rights and Obligations

(i) The Lessor shall enjoy the right to collect rent according to the provisions of this agreement, and the Lessee shall enjoy the

right to use the leased property according to the provisions of this agreement.

(ii) Both parties shall fulfill their obligations according to the provisions of this agreement.

5. Legal Effectiveness and Enforceability

Both parties affirm that they have fully understood and agreed to the terms of this agreement, and that this agreement has legal effect and enforceability.

6. Other

Matters not covered in this agreement shall be separately agreed upon by both parties.

This agreement is made in duplicate copies, with each party holding one. This agreement shall become effective upon signature by both parties.
