The Edge CNCControl features a Windows 98 operating system, an Intel Pentium processor, 12 programmable inputs/outputs, and a 10.4” active matrix color LCD screen. After more than 2 years in the market, the Edge is still setting the standard by which all other CNC controls are measured.

In plasma cutting, cut quality is a function of appropriate parameter control-specifically amperage, voltage, speed, and gas flow.
The APC automatically controls all these process variables without outside intervention. The machine operator simply indicates the thickness and type of material he will be cutting, selects the appropriate nest, and hits START. Using a pre-programmed database resident in the CNC control, the APC automatically sets the cut speeds, voltages, flow rates, and amperage. During the cutting process the APC monitors these parameters 1,000 times per second-constantly making adjustments to ensure the proper operation of the system.
The VOYAGER is Hypertherm’s premier CNC control. Featuring a WindowsNT operating system, an Intel Pentium processor, a 10.4” active matrix color LCD screen, 12 programmable inputs/outputs, and an industrial mouse, the Voyager is simply the fastest, most reliable, and easy to use CNC control on the market.
Full alphanumeric keypad allows descriptive naming of part programs and folders. No limits on program or folder name size.
Easy to use manual mode for machine positioning, rip cutting, and homing.
