1)Where is/are + 主语+ from ？这一特殊疑问句用来询问某人来自哪里，回答时,用主语+is/are +from+地点。

拓展：be from = come from be是系动词,come 是实义动词
eg: Where does he come from? He comes from Hefei.
2)live 不及物动词,意思是“居住”不能直接加地点，需要有介词.
