Employee Code of Conduct
1. Respect for co-workers and customers: We expect employees to treat all co-workers and customers with the utmost respect.
2. Integrity: We expect employees to act with integrity at all times and to conduct themselves in an honest and ethical manner.
3. Professionalism: We expect employees to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with co-workers and customers.
4. Confidentiality: We expect employees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information they come across during the course of their work.
5. Safety: We expect employees to take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety and the safety of their co-workers and customers.
6. Compliance: We expect employees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
7. Discrimination and harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment of any kind, and expect employees to treat all co-workers and customers fairly and with respect.
8. Conflict of interest: We expect employees to avoid any actual or
perceived conflict of interest in their work.
9. Use of company resources: We expect employees to use company resources, including time, equipment, and supplies, only for company business.
10. Social media: We expect employees to use social media responsibly and not to post any inappropriate or offensive content that could reflect poorly on the company.
11. Reporting violations: We expect employees to report any violations of this code of conduct or any other company policies or procedures to the appropriate authorities.。
