三．申请信的内容：
申请信是希望收信人满足某个请求的信件，如申请得到奖学金、求学、出国签证等。

四．申请信的写作结构：
1)说明写作目的，简要说明请求。

2)具体展开请求的原因。

3)希望对方尽快回复，并表示感谢。

五．写作要点：
1)写申请时，语气要诚恳礼貌，避免不符事实的浮夸。

2)申请的内容和原因要写清楚，不能含糊。

3)若有附件，应在最后添加一段说明。

常见格式为：Enclosed are．．．；或在署名之后添加En—closure: Resume and Transcripts。
