2．hang v. 悬挂；吊(教材P28)
【点拨】hang作“悬挂；吊”的含义讲时，通常用作及物动词。

其过去式和过去分词均为hung。

作不及物动词
时，主动形式表被动含义。

如：
He hung his coat on a hook behind the door.他将他的帽子悬挂在门后的衣钩上。

A few big lights hung from the ceiling.天花板上吊着几盏大吊灯。

【拓展】hang还可以表示“绞死；上吊”，其过去式和过去分词均为hanged。

如：
The king hanged himself from the tree.国王在这棵树上吊死了自己。

【点拨】as many/much as意为“多达；和……一样多”。

在“as many/much＋名词＋as”结构中，many修饰可数名词，much修饰不可数名词。

Nowadays，people don't eat as much meat as they used to because it is not good for health.如今，人们不像过去那样吃太多肉，因为那样对身体没有好处。
