How to Prevent Flu
People are most likely to get flu as autumn is coming,especially when the weather changes sharply. Therefore, it is of great significance for us Senior Three students to make full preparations for preventing flu.
First of all, form the good habit of keeping clean, and remenber to wash your hands before meals.Secondly, avoid getting close contact with living poultry and birds. When you are coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose. What's more, you'd better keep away from others when getting flu. In such a case, wear a mask if you have to go out.
In addition to the above measures, I think that drinking enough boiled water, doing sports regularly, breathing fresh air and having enough sleep also help us prevent flu.。
