【摘要】在医疗信息化的进程中，具有重要的地位，发挥着重要作用。

由于
CT(Computed Tomography)在医院影像诊断的重要作用，利用PACS系统进行CT图像的存档，通信，和显示是一个重要命题。

本文对CT影像在PACS系统下的通信和存档，包括CT图像的文件化标准，及在PACS下系统工作原理以及与HIS/RIS的信息交互和协同工作做了详细论述，在医院信息化的条件下具有重要意义。

%with the development of medicai informationization process, PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) has important status,and plays an important role. Because CT(Computed Tomography) plays an important role in the hospital image diagnosis, the archiving , communication and display of CT image using PACS is an important proposition. The communication and file-archiving of CT image in PACS system including the documentation standard of CT image and the principle of work in the PACS system ,and the imformation interaction and collaborative work with HIS/RIS is discussed in detail in the paper , which research has important realistic significance in hospital informationization condition.
