Properties and Efficacies
Most are pungent and bitter in flavor. They can remove wind-damp from the muscles meridians and collaterals, tendons and bones, and joints. Some of them also have the functions of dispersing cold, relieving pain，relaxing and activating the tendon， and strengthening tendons and bones.
