Good morning, everybody! Today I want to tell you all about my morning routine. I am in the fourth grade and my mornings are pretty busy!
My morning starts when my alarm clock goes off at 6:30 a.m.
I really wish I could sleep in longer, but I have to get up early for school. After I wake up, I brush my teeth and wash my face. Then, I go downstairs to have breakfast with my family. My mom usually makes me oatmeal or cereal, and I love to have a glass of orange juice to start the day.
After breakfast, I pack my backpack with all of my school supplies and make sure I have everything I need for the day. Then, I put on my school uniform and head out the door to catch the bus. I always make sure to say goodbye to my mom and dad before I leave.
On the bus, I sit with my friends and we talk about all the fun things we did over the weekend. When we get to school, I say hi to my teachers and classmates and I am ready to start the day!
In class, we have lessons on English, math, science, and social studies. I really enjoy learning new things and my teachers are always there to help me if I have any questions. During recess, I play with my friends and run around outside to get some energy out.
After a busy morning of learning and playing, it's time for lunch. I always look forward to lunch time because my mom packs me a delicious homemade meal. I eat with my friends and we chat about our favorite subjects and what we want to do after school.
After lunch, we have more classes and activities until the end of the day. When the bell rings, I gather my things and head home on the bus. I love telling my family about my day at school and showing them the art projects I made.
Overall, my mornings are jam-packed with activities, but I love every minute of it. I can't wait to see what tomorrow morning will bring!

Finally, I say goodbye to my mom and head out the door to catch the school bus. I wave to my friends as I hop on the bus and find a seat. On the way to school, we talk and laugh together.
When I arrive at school, I walk to my classroom and sit at my desk. I take out my books and pencil case, ready to start the day.
