外贸函电是我们建立对外贸易关系和外贸往来的重要手段。
外贸函电包括建立客户业务关系，询价，报盘，还盘，订货，接受，签约，包装，装运，支付，结算，保险，商检，索赔，代理及仲裁等到几项特殊贸易形式和经济技术合作。
Acceptance承兑承兑(Acceptance)是指付款人对远期汇票表示承担到期付款责任的行为。
付款人在汇票上写明“承兑”字样，注明承兑日期，并由付款人签字，交还持票人。
付款人对汇票作出承兑，即成为承兑人。
承兑人在远期汇票到期时承担付款的责任。
汇票一经承兑，付款人就成为汇票的承兑人(Acceptor)，并成为汇票的主债务人，而出票人便成为汇票的从债务人(或称次债务人)。

Bill of Exchange (B/E) (商业)汇票是出票人签发的，委托付款人在指定日期无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或持票人的票据。
Bill of Lading (B/L)提单在对外贸易中，运输部门承运货物时签发给发货人的一种凭证。
收货人凭提单向货运目的地的运输部门提货，提单须经承运人或船方签字后始能生效。
是海运货物向海关报关的有效单证之一。
Cash against Documents (CAD)付现交单属交货时付款的销售条件，此种付款方式为卖方买卖契约的约定，在出口地完成出口装运后，备妥货运单据（Shipping Documents）在出口地、进口地或第三国向买方指定的银行或代理人提示单据并收取货款。
