因此当前要下大力气培养尖子生,树立榜样作用。
重视中游学生,调动他们的积极性,不仅教会他们知识,更要提高他们的能力。
带动下游学生,减少差生,善于发现他们身上的闪光点,予以表扬,增强其自信心,鼓励他们在原有的基础上不断进步。

《Unit 6 Do you like bananas?Section A Period 2》效果分析首先,我在设计本节课时,做到了以下两点:1、信任学生、依靠学生:为充分发挥学生的主动性,提升学生各方面素质,本次讲评课我尝试了与以往不同的处理方式。
本着信任学生、放手给学生、依靠学生的原则,在生生互动环节,我将学生学习的主体地位还给了学生。
2、抓好了课前培训。
在课前培训上,在我的帮助下,1)四个小老师按照分工分别浏览了全班同学做的题目,明确了自己负责的题目失分严重的题目。
2)小老师们又学习了一些简单的英语课堂用语。
3)根据我的要求,他们组织好了自己分工题目的处理步骤。
4)课上小老师们的表现是可圈可点的。
沉着大方,有条不紊,有提问,有表扬,对于其他同学的回答能判断正误,语言紧凑,提问方式多样化。
有时是叫号抢答,有时是全班抢答。
5)其他非展示的同学投入度也比较高,精力比较集中,能听出错误并及时改正。
抢答积极,回答问题正确率高。
其次、通过本次大胆尝试,我确定了以后新授课的上课模式。
这节课的思路很明确,学生们的反映也很好,这就说明讲评课就可以这样去上,而且发动学生的力量还容易激发学生的成就感,使他们不至于厌倦。
这样,比起原来那种一个题一个题的讲解有趣得多,省时的多。
再次,从课堂最后的达标检测看,学生们本节课通过组内合作交流、互帮互助、组间互相竞争的方式很好地掌握了出错较多的知识点,学会了阅读表达题目中关于人称以及时态小细节的处理,明确了书面表达的审题思路、文章结构,正确率很高,很好地完成了讲评任务,达成了讲评目标。
《Unit6 Do you like bananas?》教材分析现行初中英语教材《义务教育课程标准实验教科书英语(新目标)》为7~9年级学生英语教材,全套教材共5册,学期3年。
(一)教材编写理念与思路《英语(新目标)》的改编,以任务型语言教学为编写理念,以“合理引进国外语言教育理念,适应我国英语教育实际状况”为宗旨,分析和研究了我国大部分地区初中英语教育的实际情况,力图把基于生活任务的语言教学模式引入到我国的英语教学领域中来。
本套教材的基本编写思路是:以话题为主线,采用任务型语言教学模式,兼顾交际功能和语言知识结构的学习,以一种循序渐进的生活化的学习程序,引导学生学会运用英语有目的地做事情。
在运用语言完成各种任务的过程中来学习、体会、掌握并运用语言。
(二)教材主要特点1、语言与文化语言有着丰富的文化内涵,语言与文化密不可分。
学习语言不仅仅是学习语言本身,同时还要了解语言所传递的文化信息。
《英语课程标准》指出,接触和了解英语国家文化有益于对英语的理解和使用,有益于加深对本国文化的理解和认识。
本套教材在系统编排语言知识的同时,注重激活学生已有的文化背景知识,并由浅入深地介绍英语国家的文化,培养学生对中西方文化差异的敏感性,寓思想教育于语言教学之中,提高学生对文化差异的鉴别能力,使学生逐步学会在实际情景中恰当而灵活地运用语言。
这套教材语言地道,有很多原汁原味、反映西方文化的文段;在第4、5册的每单元之后设计编写了阅读专栏,所有内容均涉及东西方文化交流。
2、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。
本套教材在目标设定、教学过程、评价等方面都突出以学生为主体,并尊重个体差异。
在教学内容的编排上突破传统的单层次的教学编排。
充分体现学习过程中学生的主体性。
(三)教材的优缺点由人民教育出版社编写的《新目标》教材采用任务型语言教学模式,融话题、交际功能和语言结构于一体,包含了文化背景知识、语言学习策略、任务型语言学习成分以及语篇材料等多项内容,通过一套循序渐进的生活化学习程序,全面提高学生运用英语进行听、说、读、写的能力。
我认为该套教材的优点在于:1、教材编写理念新颖,编排体例活泼;话题贴近学生的生活且富有时代气息;全书图文并茂,能激发学生的学习兴趣。
2、与每单元话题相配套的任务活动设计比较合理,对培养学生的创新思维和实践能力很有帮助,第五单元讲学生的娱乐活动,学生兴趣比较高。
3、每个单元内学习的板块较多,信息量与词汇量很大,为学生的学和教师的教提供了丰富的资源,同时也能使不同层次的学生受益。
然而该套教材相对难以把握,使用这套教材对于习惯于传统教学模式的中学英语教师来说难度很大,对教师来说是一个很大的挑战。
究其原因我认为主要是以下几个方面:首先是教学内容和技能训练多而杂,会让教师感觉不知从哪里入手和如何确定重点。
其次是教材中的生词量太大,不管是老师还是学生都觉得有些难度。
第三,Section A和Section B中的阅读材料不仅语言结构较为复杂,而且语言使用特别灵活,许多生活化和口语化的语言从传统法的视角来看非常“不规范”。
然而,这些教学难点所反映的恰恰是语言的本质特点口语性、交际性、工具性和文化性;同时也反映了语言学习的本质,即大量的输入是输出的前提,只有大量接触一种语言(包括其语音、词汇、结构和话语材料等),才能习得和学会。
