APUBOND ®(阿普邦)1、产品说明:2、典型用途:本产品属无气味、无白化型、中粘度、耐湿性好、不需要复杂的通风系统。
粘接后零件表面洁净无污染。
3、固化前的状态:4、固化后的性能:(喷砂低碳钢在22℃下固化24小时后)5、固化特性:通常条件下,表面湿气会引发固化过程。
尽管在相当短的时间内就可以达到使用强度,但要达到充分的耐化学/溶剂性能至少需要再继续固化24小时。
6、固化速度与胶层厚度的关系:固化速度取决于胶层厚度,胶层薄固化速度快,胶层厚度增大,固化速度相对减慢。
7:固化速度与湿度的关系:固化速度取决于室温下相对湿度。
下图给出了产品在丁腈橡胶上,在不同湿度时拉伸强度随时间的变化关系。
8、热老化:在特定温度下老化9、安全说明:危险、刺激避免产品接触皮肤和眼睛,如产品进入皮肤和眼睛,请用大量的清冲洗15分钟以上,并送医院就医;在通风条件下使用,避免衣服沾染,否则将产生大量的热。
10、使用方法:●清洗粘接表面达到无油无脂。
●残余胶水可用APUBOND清除剂AP300或丙酮清除●如果固化的时间过长导致缝隙加大或产生相关湿气,可以使用APUBOND 促进剂AP160解决。
●如果材料表面越多孔,则应选择高粘度类型的产品使用●对于难粘接材料,如铁佛龙、硅橡胶等低能塑胶(另PE,PP,ABS等材料在表面有油污和表面不清洁情况下)。
可以首选APUBOND底层涂料AP600或AP500进行活化处理●在一个被粘表面上施尽量少的胶液,对准合拢,不要错移,并施均匀的夹紧力。
●在极短时间内就能达到一定的强度,要达到最佳强度,尽量增加固化时间。
11、贮存条件:●本品应密闭贮存于干燥阴凉通风处。
最佳储藏温度2-8℃,长时间超出此温度范围会影响产品性能。
●为避免污染到未使用的胶液,不可将已倒出的胶液倒回原包装容器中●北洋公司不对因产品被污染或不按指示储存导致性能下降承但责任●远离儿童存放。

国内外乙烯基酯树脂牌号及各树脂性能
二、产品种类由于树脂合成的工艺和方法的不同,各家乙烯基树脂的结构、性能及应用也会略有差别。
2.1、标准型双酚A在分子链两端的双键极其活泼,使乙烯基树脂能迅速固化,很快得到使用强度,得到具有高度耐腐蚀性聚合物;采用甲基丙烯酸合成,酯键边的甲基可起保护作用,提高耐水解性;树脂含酯键量少,每摩尔比耐化学聚酯(双酚A-富马酸UPR)少35-50%,使其耐碱性能提高;较多的仲羟基可以改善对玻璃纤维的湿润性与粘结性,提高了层合制品的力学强度;由于仅在分子两端交联,因此分子链在应力作用下可以伸长,以吸收外力或热冲击,表现出耐微裂或开裂。
表2.1中列出了国外标准双酚A型环氧乙烯基酯树脂的典型性能表,其中国外的产品性能是按照ASTM标准或其它国外标准进行,与中国国家标准(GB)的测试方法有所差别,故我们选取了典型的一国外产品与富晨公司的854按国标进行比较测试。

2.52.6、PU2.7、其它品种目前,国内市场上乙烯基酯树脂除上述品种外,还有两大类:一类是较多厂家采用的丙烯酸型乙烯基酯树脂(天和HT3202),或在该树脂基础上用氨基甲酸酯改性处理,该类型树脂耐温等级比相应的甲基丙烯酸型乙烯基酯下降10—20℃,树脂的延伸率上升,但由于缺乏甲基对酯键的保护作用,导致树脂的耐腐蚀性能如耐碱性下降;另一类树脂是我国特色产品,它是富马酸改性双酚A环氧乙烯基酯树脂,但从严格意义上说,它不属于乙烯基酯树脂,而是乙烯基酯树脂与双酚A不饱和聚酯树脂中的一个过渡品种,这种类型的乙烯基酯树脂具有交联密度高、脆性和收缩大的特点,由于树脂中的酯键含量比标准型乙烯基树脂高40-50%,因此其耐碱性相对较差。

特性及用途: 甲苯二异氰酸酯是聚氨酯合成最重要的二异氰酸酯产品,广泛用 于软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料、涂料、弹性体、胶粘剂、密封胶及其它聚氨 酯产品。 TDI 是一种芳香族二异氰酸酯,反应性较脂肪族异氰酸酯高,TDI 本身及其聚氨酯产品长期暴露在自然光下会发生黄变。TDI 所含的 NCO 基团活性很大,易于水、醇、胺等起反应,在一定条件下可自 聚,这些反应可被碱性物质和许多种金属化合物催化,若操作不当可 引起急遽放热升温而产生质量或安全事故,故需小心对待。 TDI 工业品中以 TDI-80 用途最广,用量最多;TDI-100 结构规整, 可用于合成特殊的预聚体,主要用于聚氨酯弹性体;TDI-65 主要用 于聚酯型聚氨酯泡沫塑料等。 毒性及防护: 大鼠经口LD50=4130 mg/kg,大鼠吸入LC50=14 mL/m3/4h,吸入 LCLo: 600 mL/m3/6h;小鼠经口LD50=1950 mg/kg,吸入LC50=10 mL/m3/4h;兔经皮LD50>10 mL/kg。本品急性吸入毒性较高,经口毒 性较低。主要有明显刺激作用。对眼、呼吸道粘膜和皮肤有刺激作用, 并引起支气管哮喘。人的嗅觉阈为 0.35~0.92mg/m3。浓度达 3~ 3.6mg/m3时,对粘膜有刺激;27.8mg/m3时眼和呼吸道严重刺激。 车间空气卫生标准:中国MAC 0.2mg/m3;美国ACGIH TLV-TWA 0.036mg/m3、短期暴露极限浓度STEL 0.14mg/m3;英国对所有异氰酸 酯规定 8h的TWA按NCO计为 0.02 mg/m3,10min短期暴露极限浓度

Swallowing the dust may cause abdominal discomfort.Eye: Wood dust and the resin may be irritating to the eyes resulting in redness and watering.Skin: Skin contact with wood dust and the resin may result in skin itching and redness, and dermatitis in some people.Inhaled: Inhalation of wood dust and resin may be irritating to the nose, throat and lungs.Chronic (long term) Health Effects: Repeated exposure over many years to uncontrolledwood dust increases the risk of nasal cavity cancer.Inhalation of wood dust may also increase the risk of lungfibrosis (scarring). General dilution ventilation should be provided asnecessary to keep airborne dust below the applicable exposure limits andguidelines. The need for ventilation systems should be evaluated by aprofessional industrial hygienist, while the design of specific ventilationsystems should be conducted by a professional engineer.Special Considerations for Repair/Maintenance of Contaminated Equipment:Use personal protective equipment as discussed above. Thehazards described in this document have been evaluated based on a threshold of 1.0% for all hazardous ingredients and 0.1% for all carcinogens.Acute Effects: The dust, which may be generated during manual or mechanical cutting, drilling, sanding or other abrading processes, and the smoke generatedby heating or laser cutting, may cause temporary irritation of the eyesand upper respiratory system. The symptoms are expected to subsideafter exposure has stopped and are not expected to cause any longterm effects. Allergic skin and lung reactions have been reported withexposure to various wood panels dusts due to the chemicals presented inwood and cured resin. These rashes resemble other allergic skin reactionscaused by plants, and usually heal rapidly.Chronic Effects: The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) evaluated dusts from both hardwood and softwood in 1995 and concluded that: “there issufficient evidence in humans for the carcinogenicity of wood dust. Thereis inadequate evidence in experimental animals for the carcinogenicity ofwood dust. Wood dust is carcinogenic to humans (Group 1)”.The IARC also evaluated formaldehyde in 19951 and concluded that:“There is limited evidence in humans for the carcinogenicity offormaldehyde; there is sufficient evidence in experimental animals for thecarcinogenicity of formaldehyde; and that overall, formaldehyde isprobably carcinogenic to humans (Group 2A)”. The IARC againevaluated formaldehyde in June 20042 and the final findings published in20063 concluded that:: “There is sufficient evidence in humans for thecarcinogenicity of formaldehyde. There is sufficient evidence inexperimental animals for the carcinogenicity of formaldehyde” with theoverall evaluation being:“Formaldehyde is carcinogenic to humans(Group 1)”.Whilst this wood panel product contains less than 0.01% freeformaldehyde, people using the product may be exposed to lowconcentrations of formaldehyde if the boards are heated (as inlaminating), are cut by laser cutting machines, and/or if dust particlescome in contact with the moist mucous membranes lining the upperrespiratory tract.Extensive literature searches and research carried out by Independentoccupational and environmental health specialists has not indicated anyrisks over and above those associated with wood dust without binder. Thisresearch includes the 1999 formaldehyde risk assessment carried out byUS scientists in collaboration with the US EPA and Health Canada.The risk assessment concludes that if a non-smoking worker were exposedto 0.004 ppm of formaldehyde continuously for 80 years, and also to 0.1ppm for 40 years at work, then the predicted additional risk of respiratorytract cancer would be 4.1 per 1,000,000,000. The controls needed forminimising the potential for formaldehyde exposure from this product willbe the same as those for control of dust exposures. These risk assessmentsand conclusions are in no way altered by the reclassification offormaldehyde to Group 1 by the IARC.SECTION 12: ECOLOGICAL INFORMATIONEcotoxicity: This product should be used only for its designated purposes.SECTION 13: DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONSSummary: This product is not regulated as a hazardous waste by Australian environmental authorities. 方法使用PARP-1抑制剂ABT-888和AZD-2281,ATR抑制剂VE-821和AZ-20,通过MTT法检测细胞活性并计算IC50。
