事故切换由保护接点或模拟量启动。保护启动接点可并接进线纵差保护、发电机、变压器或发变组保护出口接点;模拟量启动包括:频差启动、频差无流启动、逆功率启动、频差逆功率启动、 频压品质启动。当事故切换启动后,先发跳工作电源开关指令,在切换条件满足时(或经用户延 时)发合备用电源开关命令。切换模式可以选择串联或同时。 ☆ 非正常工况切换 非正常切换是自动进行的,包括以下两种情况: 母线失压启动:当母线三个线电压均低于整定值且时间大于所整定延时定值时,装置根据选定方 式进行串联或同时切换。 工作电源开关误跳启动:因各种原因(包括人为误操作)引起工作电源开关误跳开,装置可根据

RB403A 支持四种运行模式:正常工作 模式、充电工作模式、放电工作模式和休眠 工作模式。
1. 正常工作模式 如果没有检测到任何异常情况,充电和放电 过程都将自由转换。这种情况称为正常工作 模式。
状态,当连接负载或者充电器断开,芯片将 释放过充电流情况。
4. 过放电压情况 在正常条件下的放电过程中,当电池电压掉 至过放检测电压(VODV),并持续时间达到过 放电压检测延迟时间(TODV) 或更长, RB403A将切断电池和负载的连接,以停止放 电。这种情况被称为过放电压情况。当放电 控制MOSFET被截止,内部上拉电流管打开。 当VDD电压小于等于2.2V (典型值) ,电流 消耗将降低至休眠状态下的电流消耗 (IPDN)。这种情况被称为休眠情况。当VDD 电压等于2.4V ( 典型值) 或更高时,休眠 条件将被释放。并且,电池电压大于等于过 放检测释放电压(VODR) 时,RB403A 将回到 正常工作条件。

These components are assem-bled in a compact plastic package.Individual LED dot addressablity allows the user great freedom in creating special characters or mini-icons.The serial data interface provides a highly efficient interconnection between the display and the mother board. Data bit, D4, in the control word format con-trols the prescaler function. The prescaler allows the oscillator source to be divided by 16 by setting D4=1. However, the pres-caler should not be used, i.e., when using the internal oscillator source.The Software Clear (C0HEX ), given in T able …Software Clear“(page 10), clears the Address Register and the RAM. The display is blanked and the Character Address Register will be set to Char-acter 0. The internal counter and the Control Word Register are unaffected. The Software Clear will remain active until the next data input cycle is initiated. Multiplexer and Display DriverThe four characters are row multiplexed with RAM resident column data. The strobe rate is established by the internal or external MUX Clock rate. The MUX Clock frequency is divided by a 448 counter chain. This results in a typical strobe rate of 768 Hz. By pulling the Clock SEL line low, the display can be operated from an external MUX Clock. The external clock is attached to the CLK I/O connection (pin 9). The maximum external MUX Clock frequency should be limited to 1.0 MHz.An asynchronous hardware Reset is also provided. Bringing this pin low will clear the Character Address Register, Control Word Register, RAM, and blanks the display. This action leaves the dis-play set at Character Address 0, and the Brightness Level set at 100%.Thermal ConsiderationsOptimum product performance can be had when the following electrical and mechanical recommendations are adopted. The SCF574X’s IC is constructed in a high speed CMOS process, con-sequently high speed noise on the SERIAL DA T A, SERIAL DAT A CLOCK, LOAD and RESET lines may cause incorrect data to be written into the serial shift register. Adhere to transmission line ter-mination procedures when using fast line drivers and long cables (< 10 cm).When the internal MUX Clock is being used connect the CLKSEL pin to V CC . In those applications where RESET will not be con-nected to the system’s reset control, it is recommended that this pin be connected to the center node of a series 0.1 µF and 100 k Ω RC network. Thus upon initial power up the RESET will be held low for 10 ms allowing adequate time for the system power supply to stabilize.ESD ProtectionThe input protection structure of the SCF574X provides significant protection against ESD damage. It is capable of withstanding dis-charges greater than 2.0 kV . T ake all the standard precautions, normal for CMOS components. These include properly grounding personnel, tools, tables, and transport carriers that come in contact with unshielded parts. If these conditions are not, or cannot be met, keep the leads of the device shorted together or the parts in anti-static packaging.Soldering ConsiderationsThe SCF574X can be hand soldered with SN63 solder using a grounded iron set to 260°C.Wave soldering is also possible following these conditions: Pre-heat that does not exceed 93°C on the solder side of the PC board or a package surface temperature of 85°C. Water soluble organic acid flux (except carboxylic acid) or rosin-based RMA flux without alcohol can be used.Wave temperature of 245°C ± 5°C with a dwell between 1.5 sec. to 3.0 sec. Exposure to the wave should not exceed temperatures above 260°C for five seconds at 1.59 mm (0.063") below the seat-ing plane. The packages should not be immersed in the wave. Multi-ple display assemblies are best handled by longer SIP sockets or DIP sockets when available for uniform package alignment. Proper filter selection enhances readability over this distance.Using filters emphasizes the contrast ratio between a lit LED and the character background. This will increase the discrimination of different characters. The only limitation is cost. T ake into consider-ation the ambient lighting environment for the best cost/benefit ratio for filters.Incandescent (with almost no green) or fluorescent (with almost no red) lights do not have the flat spectral response of sunlight. Plas-tic band-pass filters are an inexpensive and effective way to strengthen contrast ratios. The SCF5740 is a red display and should be used with long wavelength pass filter having a sharp cut-off in the 600 nm to 620 nm range. The SCF5742 is asuper-red display and should be used with long wavelength pass filter having a sharp cut-off in the 570 nm to 600 nm range. The SCF5744 is a high efficiency green display and should be used with long wavelength pass filter that peaks at 565 nm.Additional contrast enhancement is gained by shading the dis-plays. Plastic band-pass filters with built-in louvers offer the next step up in contrast improvement. Plastic filters can be improved further with anti-reflective coatings to reduce glare. The trade-off is fuzzy characters. Mounting the filters close to the display reduces this effect. Take care not to overheat the plastic filter by allowing for proper air flow.Optimal filter enhancements are gained by using circular polarized, anti-reflective, band-pass filters. The circular polarizing further enhances contrast by reducing the light that travels through the fil-ter and reflects back off the display to less than 1%.Several filter manufacturers supply quality filter materials. Thus the display should be reset at power-up. The reset will set the Address Regis-ter to Digit 0, User RAM is set to 0 (display blank) the Control Word is set to 0 (100% brightness with Lamp T est off) and the internal counters are reset.2006-01-23112006-01-2312Cascading Multiple DisplaysMultiple displays can be cascaded using the CLKSEL and CLK I/O pins as shown below. The display designated as the Master Clock source should have its CLKSEL pin tied high and the slaves should have their CLKSEL pins tied low. All CLK I/O pins should be tied together. One display CLK I/O can drive 15 slave CLK I/Os. Use RST to synchronize all display counters.Loading Data Into the DisplayUse following procedure to load data into the display:1.Power up the display.2.Bring RST low (600 ns duration minimum) to clear the Multiplex Counter, Address Register, Control Word Register,User Ram and Data Register. The ISD15D00 utilizes serial flash 2 memory to provide non-volatile audio playback for a two-chip solution. The ISD15D00 provides an I S digital audio interface, faster digital programming, higher sampling frequency, and a signal path with SNR 80dB. 2 2 The ISD15D00 can take digital audio data via I S or SPI interface. When I S input is selected, it will replace the analog audio inputs and will support sample rates of 32, 44.1 or 48 kHz depending upon clock configuration. When SPI interface is chosen, the sample rate of the audio data sent must be one of the ISD15D00 supported sample rates. The ISD15D00 has inbuilt analog audio inputs, analog audio line driver, and speaker driver output. The analog audio input, Aux-in, has a fixed gain configured by SPI command. Aux-in can directly feed-through to the analog outputs; it can also mix with the DAC output and then feed-through to the analog outputs. Analog outputs are available in two forms: (1) Aux-out is an analog single-ended voltage output; (2) Class-AB BTL (bridge-tied-load) is an analog differential voltage output. Class-AB BTL delivers 0.7watt output power at VCCSPK = 4.5V. Class-D PWM direct-drive is also available, which delivers 0.9-watt output power at VCCSPK = 4.5V.2 •FEATURESExternal Memory: o The ISD15D00 supports the following flash: Winbond 25X 25Q EF 30 1X EF 40 1X Numonyx 25PX 20 71 1X MXIC 25L / 25V C2 20 1XManufacturer Family JEDEC ID o25P 20 20 1X25PE 20 80 1X• •••The addressing ability of ISD15D00 is up to 128Mbit, which is 64-minute playback time based on 8kHz/4bit ADPCM. o Inbuilt 3V voltage regulator to provide power source to the external flash memory Fast Digital Programming o Programming rate can go up to 1Mbits/second mainly limited by the flash memory write rate. Memory Management o Store pre-recorded audio (Voice Prompts) using high quality digital compression o Use a simple index-based command for playback o Execute pre-programmed macro scripts (Voice Macros) designed to control the configuration of the device and play back Voice Prompts sequences. Sample Rate o Seven sampling frequencies are available for a given master sample rate. For example, the sampling frequencies of 4, 5.3, 6.4, 8, 12.8, 16 and 32kHz are available when the device is clocked at a 32kHz master sample rate. 2 o For I S operation, 32, 44.1 and 48kHz master sample rates are available with playback sampling frequencies scaling accordingly.
