A wide range of tests can be performed auto-matically, including signal levels,C/N, hum, and depth of modulation. The operator designates which tests to perform on which channels. Because these tests are non-intrusive, it is easy to test all parameters on all channels at any time. After a test is performed, the results can be displayed on the SDA screen.A PASS/FAIL indication on a varietyof limits can be set for FCC/CENELECor other government standards,or system preferences. Data taken during any automated test, or sequence of automated tests, can be viewed immediately with a PASS/FAIL indication for each of the limits. Specific stored measurement results may be viewed on demand. Data analysis with StealthWareTest results can be printed directly to aserial printer or uploaded to a PC usingActerna StealthWare, a Microsoft®Windows®-based data managementpackage, to store and include in cus-tom reports. Stored sweep, scan, orspectrum screens can be viewed onthe PC and analyzed with marker move-ment and readout information in justthe same way as on the actual instru-ment. A sweep graph overlay functionallows comparison of multiple RFresponse variations over time. Oldsweep graphs may be downloadedback into the SDA instrument for real-time comparison.Powerful and intuitive standardizedgraphical displaysAll measurement results are presentedto the user in clear, highly informative, summary displays. The graphicspresent the information the way thetechnician wants to see the results, with no further interpretation required. For example, testpoint compensationvalues are entered at the start oftesting. Displays then calculate actuallevels automatically, minimizingfield errors.Reduced training timeWith SDA Series products, all levels ofinstruments are familiar to the tech-nician, regardless of which is learnedfirst, because the same user interfaceconventions are used across all prod-uct families. The time needed for atrainee technician to learn to use theinstrument is considerably shorterthan with alternative test equipment. This means urgent upgrade projectsmake the most efficient use of limitedresources when SDA Series productsare used.7 Limit checks can be instantly viewed afteridentifying channel of interest with a markerin Scan mode displayIn-service carrier-to-noiseTilt mode performs automatic tilt calculations between any two of nine designated carriersDepth of modulation In-service “HUM” (PAL and NTSC compatible)Detailed forward/ reverse sweep graph offers adjustable markers, scale, reference level and tilt. When in Privacy Mode the two front red LEDs will blink.DAISY CHAININGEvery Spider comes with a built in ability to connect to other SMART Spiders (MT503) or Quattro3s (up to 15 units). This feature enables you to provide coverage for larger spaces using a chain of units.NOTE: The SIP Spider MT505 can only act as the first or “master” unit and not as a satellite unit.MAKING THE CONNECTION‣The SIP Spider will be the master unit. This unit will be the one interfacing for the entire chain. The master unit will be the only unit communicating with an external device, while all other units will connect and communicate only with each other.‣Using either the provided daisy chain cable or any other Ethernet cable, connect one of the cable ends to the master unit’s daisy chain DOWN connector (the RJ45 connectormarked “Link Down”).‣Take the other end of the cable and connect it to the next unit’s daisy chain UP connector (the RJ45 connector marked “UP” or “Link Up”).‣Repeat the process in order to connect a third unit to unit number 2. This process can be repeated with up to 15 units regardless of their interface type. All units in the chain must be Quattro3s or Spiders.NOTE: The MT505 and MT502 can only be the master unit, or the first unit in the chain. POWERING THE DAISY CHAINEvery unit in the chain must be powered. In order to do this, there are two available options:OPTION 1Power each unit separately, using its own provided USB cable, DC power supply, or internal battery (if applicable).OPTION 2Power only the master unit using the “Daisy Chain Power Kit” (MT320), or the included 48V power supply. This setup will require you to connect only the first unit to a power source, and will allow the rest of the units to feed off the master unit via the Ethernet daisy chain cables. NOTE: While any Spider or Quattro3 can be daisy chained (regardless of interface), the power daisy chain method requires all units in the chain to have some type of secondary interface card (ONLY Quattro3 MT301 will not work). The power daisy chain method will w ork with up to 8 consecutive units before requiring another power source. The power source can be placed anywhere in the chain (first, last, or middle units).SPECIFICATIONS•USB interface (micro B connector)•3.5mm external loudspeaker and microphone jack•Daisy chain expandability of up to 15 units•Three-way bridging capability•Frequency response 50Hz – 16KHz•Low latency (10ms)•Broadcast level (peak): 92dB SPL @1m (5 watts RMS)•Noise cancellation > 10dB (without pumping noise)•100% full duplex – no attenuation (in either direction) during full duplex•High-end performance conforms to ITU-T G.167•Acoustic echo cancellation > 40dB with conversion speed of 40dB/sec•Residual echo is suppressed to the environment noise level, preventing artificial ducking of signal•4 high-quality directional microphones•Direction-finding algorithm (determines the presence and direction of a speaker)•Beam-forming algorithm (forms and directs audio beams towards a defined direction)•Automatic voice-level adjustment (AGC)•Line-echo canceler active when telephone interface is present•Metal case and metal grill mesh for high RFI immunity and product durabilityDimensions:Length: 9.4” Width: 7” Height: 2.75”Weight: 2.15 lbs.Power Consumption: 150 mA from 48V ac/dc adaptor via PoE supplySoftware:Plug- and -Play. 9070T150D1Industrial Control TransformersProduct Description PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONControl power transformers from Schneider Electric set the industry standard for design innovation and performance. They are designed with low impedance windings for excellent voltage regulation, and can accomodate the high inrush current associated with contactors, starters, solenoids, and relays.A variety of designs are available to meet the diverse needs of panel builders and machinery OEMs. The versatility of our control transformer line offers unparalleled options for design engineers. We also have one of the most extensive offering of custom products with no minimum order requirements. We have a national network of distributors to ensure prompt delivery, including industry leading delivery on custom products. In most cases, we can design, manufacture, and ship a custom unit in two weeks or less. The Global Product Offering—Type TType T is our most popular and complete line of control transformers. It comes with unmatched design innovations for top performance and is manufactured using the most advanced insulating materials. The Type T control transformer is the best choice if size and cost are of concern. The Exceptional Regulation Offering —Type EOConstructed with traditional materials and manufacturing processes, Type EO transformers are UL and CSA Component Recognized. Units are designed for 55°C rise. All units are 60HZ rated, withde-rated VA levels for 50HZ.Transformers with Fuse Block Protection—Types TF and EOFWe offer both product lines with factory installed overcurrent protection fuse blocks.Type TF and EOF transformers consist of two primary fuse blocks and one secondary fuse block, a configuration that meets the majority of overcurrent needs by panel builders and machinery OEMs. Since the fuse blocks are pre-wired and mounted on top of the transformer, the Type TF and EOF transformers have the same footprint as the Type T and Type EO units, respectively. This design frees up space normally used for separate fuse blocksWe also have an extensive fuse block offering for custom applications. See the overcurrent section of this catalog for full details.Leaded Control Transformer LineSchneider Electric offers transformers with internally pre-wired 24-inch primary and secondary leads, instead of terminal boards, to make installation easier and faster for many applications. These are only available for single voltage primary and single voltage secondary applications.MultiTapSchneider Electric offers Type T and Type EO transformers in the MultiTap version. The MultiTap control transformer was designed to respond to the increased need for voltage and stock flexibility. It combines multiple primary voltages with one or more secondary voltages, all in a single transfomer. The most flexible MultiTap voltage is the Universal, available on the Type T product line only. It allows for standard primary voltages of 208 to 600V and 110, 115, or 120V secondary voltages.Industrial Control TransformersType T TransformersTYPE T TRANSFORMERSThe Type T units are designed for the global market and are the best choice when size and cost are of concern. This is our most popular and complete offering of industrial control transformers. The following features are included:•50/60 Hz rated•Customer installed accessories (Finger-Safe covers, fuse blocks, fuse clips)•Type T transformers are designed with various temperature classes:—25–150 VA with a 55° C temperature rise, 105° C insulation —200–350 VA with a 80° C temperature rise, 130° C insulation —500–5000 VA with a 115° C temperature rise, 180° C insulationSchneider Electric manufactures a wide variety of voltage combinations for control transformers. The voltage combinations are expressed as “Voltage Codes”, and are embedded within the catalog number of the transformer. Standard codes are listed. If the voltage combination you need is not listed, please call your Schneider Electric distributor for assistance.CE MarkingIndustrial control transformers (ICTs) entering the European Union (EU) after January 1, 1997 are required by EU standards to have CE marking or Declaration of Conformity to CE. EU documentation requires compliance with specification EN 61 558 of the Low Voltage Directive. Type T ICTs from Schneider Electric comply with this specification and are third party tested to T ÜV standards, which adhere to, and are accepted by, EU standards. A Declaration of Conformity for all Type T units is available upon request.Because of different overload criteria in the CE specification,Schneider Elecric dual rates these transformers for UL VA, cUL VA, CSA VA, NOM VA and CE VA ratings (see “Type T VA Ratings” table). Because they are widely used with control circuit panels, ICTs are also required to comply with EN 60 204 and EN 61 558 in these applications. The Type T transformer line complies with EN 60 204 when Fingersafe ® covers are installed. For more information regarding CE marking, please contact your local Schneider Electric field sales office.Type T VA RatingsUL, cUL, CSA and NOM VA RatingCEVA Rating252550507575100100150150200200250160300200350250500300750500100063015001000200015003000200050003000Type T ListingsListingFileVA RangeUL E61239, Guide XPTQ225–5000cUL E612391500–5000CSALR37055, Guide 184-N-9025–1000EN947923, EN 61 558/01.89 (TUV ref: 00941-RAG/sg E9371495E01)25–2009579078, EN 61 558/01.89 (TUV ref: 00941-RAG/sg E9471921E01)250–10009579078, EN 61 558/01.89 (TUV ref: 00941-RAG/sg E9471921.02E01)1500–3000Industrial Control TransformersType T Transformers120 Volt Control SecondaryVoltage and Connection OptionsVoltage CodeVoltagesConnectionsPrimary SecondaryPrimarySecondaryD1220 x 440230 x 460240 x 480110115120220/230/240 V:Connect to H1 and H4Jumper H1 with H3Jumper H2 with H4440/460/480 V:Connect to H1 and H4Jumper H2 with H3Connect to X1 and X2DimensionsVA CatalogNumberFigureAcc.
Pioneer 505 用户手册说明书
OWNER’S MANUALThe Pioneer 505 is a professional metal detector. The concepts and terminology can be quite unfamiliar if you are new to the hobby. To understand it quickly and to get the most enjoyment possible from your detector, we strongly recommend that you: 1)Watch the video. It is 21 minutes long.2) Turn the Sensitivity knob to a low setting if you get falsesignals. A little practice is required to understand when and how you can use the sensitivity at or near 100%.3) Do not use indoors. This detector is for outdoor use only. Manyhousehold appliances emit electromagnetic energy, which can interfere with the detector. If conducting an indoor demonstration, turn the sensitivity down and keep the search coil away from all floors, walls and metal objects.4)Read this manual. Most importantly, review the Summary of Operating Modes and the Quick-Start Demo.5) Use 9volt ALKALINE batteries only.ControlFollow these steps to install the batteries.the terminals and place the batter-Replace the compartment door bycarefully inserting opposite side of clipfirst. Then press down on clip side untilReleaseClipPlace the detector on a table, with the search (or better, have a friend hold thedetector, with the coil off theb. Keep the search coil away fromwalls, floors, and metal objects.Remove watches, rings and other jewelryTURN THE DETECTOR ONClick the left knob to the on position.Three tones will sound. The detector automatically enters the DISC Mode.NO-MOTION ALL-METAL MODETo operate in this mode:• Hold the search coil over the ground surface, about 1/2 inch.• Press ALL-METAL,then press GROUND TRAC Button. The detector will emit only one monotone sound, regardless of the type of metal detected. If the detector emits a constant tone, retune the detector with the search coil just above the ground surface. Make sure that the ground area chosen for tuning the detector does not contain metal; if unsure, switch into DISC mode and verify that the detector does not emit tones as you sweep the coil over the chosen spot.Ground conditions can change over short distances. Until you become familiar with the detector’s volume level, retune the detector periodically by pressing the GroundTrac button.Temperature changes also require retuning. If the detector emits a constant tone, or loses sensitivity, retune. If you have stored the detector indoors and move outdoors immediately to a different temperature environment and begin detecting, retune the detector periodically until the coil temperature stabilizes. This retuning is only necessary in the ALL-METAL Mode.MOTION ALL-METAL ModeTo operate in this mode:• Turn the right knob, Disc/Notch, 100% counterclockwise, to the off position.• Press the DISC button.• Reduce the Sensitivity Control to the 2:00 or 3:00 position.• Sweep the coil over the surface of the ground. The detector will emit one of three tones, depending on the type of metal detected. The top display will indicate the type of metal targeted. The bottom display will indicate the depth, in inches, of coin-sized objects.A worthwhile target is evidenced by a consistent tone, and a repeatabletarget and depth indication as you sweep back and forth over the same spot710READING THE DISPLAYThe LCD Target Display is accurate in the Motion Modes only. The Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) shows the PROBABLE identification of the targeted metal, as well as the PROBABLE depth of the target, in inches.Pass the search coil repeatedly over a target, and observe the target readout. The detector will register a repeated, unchanging target identification when a buried target has been located and identified. If, upon repeated passes over the same spot, the target identification reads inconsistently, the target is probably a trash item, or oxidized metal. With practice, you will learn to unearth only the repeatable signals. The segment identifications are highly accurate, when detecting the objects described on the label. For example, if you pass the coil repeatedly over a nickel, your detector will repeatedly register a nickel. However, if you repeatedly register a nickel, for an unknown buried object, you could be detecting some other metallic object with the same magnetic signature as a nickel.GOLD TARGETS Gold objects will register on the left side of the LCD scale.Gold flakes will register under Iron/Foil Small gold items will register under Pull T ab.Medium-sized gold items will register under S-caps.Large gold items will register as Zinc 1¢.SILVER TARGETS:Silver objects will register to the right of the scale, under 25¢, 50¢, or $1, depending on the size of the object. The larger the object, the farther to the right it will register.IRON/FOIL:All sizes of iron and aluminum objects will register on the far-left side of the scale. This could indicate a worthless item such as a nail,or a more valuable historic iron relic.PULL TAB:All older pull tabs from beverage cans will register here. Most newer pull tabs will register here. Many gold rings will also register here.S-CAPS:Older screw caps from glass bottles will register here. Large gold rings, like a class ring, could also register here. Some non-U.S. coins of recent vintage will also register here.1¢ ZINC:Newer pennies (post-1982)will register here. Many non-U.S. coins of recent vintage will also register here.10¢:Dimes and pre-1982 pennies will register here. Older, pre-1982, pennies are composed of copper, which has a metallic signature similar to a dime.Caution:The target indications are visual references. Many other types of metal can fall under any one of these categories. You will experience a trash-to-treasure ratio when treasure hunting. The more you practice, the lower you will push your trash-to-treasure ratio. While the Pioneer 505will eliminate or indicate the presence of most common trash items, it is impossible to accurately classify ALL buried objects. The LCD provides a visual reference to minimize the detection of trash objects. By using the target ID in conjunction with discrimination control and the three-tone audio identification system (discussed later), you can further reduce the trash-to-treasure ratio.AUDIO TARGET ID -Motion modes onlyIn the DISC, NOTCH or AUTONOTCH modes, the detector emits three distinct tones, which classify metal objects into categoriesIRON & STEEL:In the DISCRIMINATION mode most iron and steel objects will induce a low tone. Highly oxidized iron can induce a high tone, depending on the Disc/Notch control setting. For instance, some rusted bottle caps will induce a high tone and indicate to the right of the LCD target display. GOLD:Gold objects will induce a low or medium tone, depending on their sizes. Very small gold objects will indicate on the left-most segment. Large gold objects will read under the Zinc segment. If you are gold prospecting, you will usually be looking for natural gold in an area which it does not contain much trash, and can therefore ignore the specific segment descriptions.PULL TABS:Pull tabs are the most bothersome trash items for detectorist. Most will induce a medium tone. Most will be eliminated automatically in the AUTO NOTCH mode, or alternatively be manually “notched out” in NOTCH mode with the Disc/Notch control. The older pull tabs (those not attached to the can after opening) are sometimes broken in half; these broken tabs can induce low tones. Highly oxidized pull tabs can also induce high tones. It can be very difficult to differentiate pull tabs from gold rings. When they both induce medium tones, you might notice a “double beep” from a gold ring but a “single beep” from pull tabs. To achieve this distinction, sweep the search coil very slowly, and at different angles. Two tones might signal as the detector passes over each side of the round ring.COPPER, SILVER & BRASS:Most valuable coins are composed of these metals and will usually induce a high tone. Valuable objects other than coinage can also be composed of copper, silver and brass.LOW TONE Nails & Bottle Caps, Gold & NickelMEDIUM TONEOld & New Pull Tabs, Zinc,Pennies (Post 1982), LargerGold ObjectsHIGH TONECopper, Silver & BrassCopper Pennies (Pre 1982)Audio Target Identification (ATI) classifies metals into three categories.13ing the coil directly over thesuspected target a fewtimes, it is more thanlikely trash metal.
