以民主的作风，真诚的胸襟，高尚的师德，团结广大同学，充分调动学校各方面的力量做好教书育人的工作，成效显著。
从当班主任的第一天起，我就时时地提醒自己，要经常把自己放在普通同学的位置上去思考问题，去开展工作。
我经常向同学表明：我和同学们的关系，首先是朋友，其次是师生，并以自己的实际行动真诚地关心学生，真心地与同学们交朋友。
在实际工作中，一是坚持以“从大处着眼，从小处着手”原则开展德育工作。
引导学生清醒地认识到自己在同龄人中的起点和位置，帮助他们树立自信心，激励学生明确自己的奋斗目标，每人都有奋斗目标，每人都有座右铭，建设严谨的班容班貌和提高班级墙报的质量以及多鼓励学生参加学校的社团活动等，建设高品位的班级文化，使学生在这些氛围的熏陶下培养强烈的责任感和产生强烈的成才愿望。
与此同时，从狠抓学生的仪表、出勤、文明言行和上课的规矩入手，使学生懂得“泰山不让土壤，故能成其大；河海不择细流，故能就其深”这一“伟大源自平凡”的道理，从而养成良好的习惯和培养严谨的作风，在工作中牢牢记住“既要教书，更要育人”的原则，做到全员参与育人。
抓住班会课这一重要的德育教育阵地，狠抓班会课的质量，改进班会课和家长会的方式，较多地运用交流、对话、恳谈会等方式，重视学生在班级管理上的主体地位，培养其对班集体的归属感。
运用多媒体手段开展德育工作，常从网上下载具有正面教育意义的内容，对学生进行正面教育。
从而走出了一条新思维、深层次、多渠道、有特色地开展思想教育的路子。
经过多年的努力，所带班级多次受到学校“文明班”和“优秀班集体”奖励、班团支部被授予“锁南中学优秀团支部”称号。
本人也于2009年获得“锁南中学优秀班主任”奖励，并同时内调到政教处担任副主任，将优秀做法推广到全校。
今年，我申报第二届全国中小学外语教师教学能手资格，不论成功与否，我仍将一如既往，将以更大的热情，更大精力投身到民族地区的教育事业中去。
