人教新目标八年级(下)Unit 4 Section B (the 1st period) 教学设计
教材分析:本单元要求学生学会表达自己在学习、生活中遇到的问题或困惑,并且学会提出合理的建议。

为学生减负是我们国家近代教育之重任。

面对中学生目前的学习压力和过多的校外辅导班,学生一定有话要说,所以选题更接近学生生活实际。

加之八年级同学正处于叛逆期,正确引导他们应对遇到的困惑,帮助他们学会释放压力是本节课的教学重点之一,另一重点学会为同学或朋友提出有效建议。

教学设计中特别注重了德育渗透:学会释放压力,愉快的学习、生活。

一、教学目标
1.知识目标:1)词汇:member pressure compete
2) 词组:play sports spend time alone compete with..
talk to family members hang out with friends
2. 能力目标:1)能够用英语表达自己释放压力的方法。

2)能够听懂听力材料内容,可以针对问题给出有效建议。

3.情感态度价值目标:学会面对困难,积极地解决问题。

二、教学重难点
重点:熟练掌握词汇、短语
难点:听懂听力材料并能完成相应练习,能够用英语写出合理的建议。

三、教具:电子白板、PPT
四、教学步骤
Step 1 Review and lead-in (通过复习导入本节课话题,非常自然。

起到温故而知新的作用)
1.Review
T: In our daily life, we sometimes meet some problems or troubles at school or at home. In Section A, we learned how to express our problems and how to give advice. Do you often meet such problems? Let’s talk about them. (Then teacher ask some Ss to talk about their problems and ask other Ss to give advice according to each problem.)
2.Lead-in
T: Well class, when we meet these problems what should we do? (The teacher help the Ss to say) we should learn to face the problems and try to solve them. In Section B we’ll learn how to solve our problems.
Step 2. (1a) Watching the video < 零压行动> (了解美国人减压方式,启发教育学生热爱生活,学会享受生活, 为完成1a 做铺垫。

同时设计了使用了白板的窗口播放功能,方便、快捷)
T: Now let’s enjoy this video carefully. (Play the video)
After that, the teacher asks some questions.
Q1: What’s the video about?
Q2: How do you deal with your stress?
Q3:What activities do you do to lower your stress? (have the Ss talk about it freely)
Ss: …
Then have the Ss finish 1a. They can add some more, e.g. go shopping, sleeping, listen to music etc.
Step 3. Listening (1c~1d ) (听之前简要介绍听力材料内容,可以缓解学生听前紧张情绪,同时听之前解读每个句子中的难点,可以降低听力难度。

同时设计使用了白板的页面批注功能和书写功能,生词穿插在句子中讲解并且使用了白板的聚光灯)
1.Before listening, tell the Ss: We will listen to a conversation between Wei Ming and
Alice; Wei Ming will tell Alice his problems and Alice will give him some advice.
Now, listen to the tape and check the problems Wei Ming talks about.
2. Check the answers after listening. And go on 1d. Before listening, have the Ss read
the sentences in 1d first. Check the answers after listening.
Step 5. Retelling(这部分的设计是对听力材料的拓展和延伸,照顾到不同层次的学生,让优秀生得到更多训练。

同时设计了使用了白板的拖拽功能,直观、省时、有趣)
1.Show the short passage about the listening material on the screen, have the Ss
read it and fill in the missing words. (If necessary, play the tape again.) A few
minutes later, check the answers by asking a few Ss to write the right answers
in the blanks. After that, check the answers together.
2.Ask some Ss to retell the text.
Step 6. Play a game (Who gives more advice?)(这一步的设计是为了训练学生的写作能力,同时也可以活跃课堂气氛。

设计使用了白板的书写功能和橡皮擦功能) What is your advice for Wei Ming? (Girls PK boys) In 1 minute which group gives more advice will be the winner.
Step 7. Summary and enjoy an English song.(让学生自己归纳,可以训练学生的思考能力,老师可以给适当的指导,在此基础上,对本节课进行概括和德育升华:遇到困难不能被困难吓到,而是要学会积极地面对困难,尽自己最大努力缓解、释放压力,愉快地学习、生活。

最后播放一首《If you are happy, you can chap your hands》歌曲,让学生在轻松、愉快的歌声中结束本节课。

S1:…We learned many ways to lower stress.
S2:…We learned many phrases.
S3:…We learned to help my friends when they meet problems or troubles.
S4:…We learned to face our problems and solve them.

T: Yes, When we meet problems, we shouldn’t give up, we should face them and try our best to solve them. Nowadays, many students have problems, they are under stress, that makes us unhappy, but if we learn how to lower our stress, we can be happy, right?

T: OK! Let’s enjoy an English song!
Step8. Show the homework on the screen. (家庭作业是课堂知识的巩固和延伸)
教学反思:总体感觉:是比较成功的一节课。

本节课亮点:
1. 利用了多媒体课件与电子白板相结合的方法,使得课堂生动、活跃、高效。

改变了传统授课方式,加大了课堂容量,教学质量得到明显提高。

2. 利用白板的多种功能:如拖拽功能、窗口播放功能、页面批注功能、聚光灯、幕帘,白板笔手写等功能大大增加了课堂的趣味性,调动了学生的积极性。

3. 本节课经过精心设计,知识点的呈现符合中学生认知规律,课堂交给学生,老师只起了引导作用,符合新课标要求。

各环节过度自然,衔接紧凑。

4. 德育渗透既体现了素质教育的要求又是对本节课的升华。

5. 板书设计合理、美观、实用。

不足之处:
1. 由于所授课班级为普通班,学生普遍英语基础差,不敢大胆表现,配合的不是很好。

2. 由于紧张,个别地方有误:口语有一处,书写音标有一处错。

今后努力方向:提高心理素质,熟练掌握白板技术。
