更换过滤柱1) 将机器调节为STANDBY”状态,卸下终端过滤器,打开取水开关,将系统卸压,待确认机器无水流出后,关闭取水开关。

2) 向左轻扳机器正面蓝色门的锁片(上下各一片),打开蓝门,将“QUANTUM”柱取出,再将机器右侧白色“QGARD”柱上端盖子打开,取下金属锁片,即可取出“QGARD”柱。

3) 将新的“QGARD”柱装到机器上,注意机器上的金属杆要对准柱子上的孔,向左推紧后,将金属锁片锁在金属杆的卡槽内,扣上顶端盖子;再将新的“QUANTUM”柱装入蓝门内,稍用力向里推紧,关闭蓝门,需听到两个锁片“嗒”的声音后,才能确认柱子已装到位。

4) 将附件中的管子接头拧入取水柄中,接上软管引到水槽里;打开取水开关,系统会自动进入5分钟的排空气程序中,5分钟结束后,系统会自动进入“OPERATE”状态。

5) 卸下管子接头及软管,装上终端过滤器;注意过滤器上的空气帽不要拧紧,打开取水开关,待水从空气帽中流出后,再拧紧空气帽。

6) 柱子更换完毕,将系统在“OPERATE”状态下过12小时以上,便可正常使用。

如何判断柱子是否寿命已到1) 当系统已使用一段时间后,首先检查,当取水开关打到循环位置时,查看显示屏的电阻率由初始值升到18.2MΩ·cm时,需要多少时间,正常情况不会超过1分钟,或在产水过程中,出现电阻率下降(不稳定)的情况时,均证明柱子的寿命已快到期了。

2) 如果出现产水流量明显下降(正常每分钟为1-1.5L左右),在确认系统中确实无空气的前提下,多数是因为终端过滤器已堵塞而所至。

3) 为确保系统能正常运转,以及最经济的使用过滤材料(过滤柱等),建议在更换耗材时,最好统一一起更换。

MILLI-Q 超纯水机使用技巧1) 工作中有时因为疏忽大意,会忘将进水水桶中加水,会使机器进空气,此时机器显示屏上会显示"AIR PURGE",这时,只需打开取水开关(开到产水位置),显示屏会显示"AIR PURGE 5MN",待5分钟后,显示屏会显示"CLOSE THE VALVE",此时只需关闭取水开关,机器就可以正常工作了。

A10總有機碳檢測器操作手冊MILLIPORE1最初啟動注意:在「Clean」狀態下持續按「Mode」三秒以上會重置UV燈計時。

自動檢測模式用及運送當中A10有可能被污染,所以使用前長時間清洗是非常重要的,在「自我清洗」中A10中的UV會開啟3分鐘以氧化所有殘留的有機物,然後會熄燈一分鐘來冷卻,如此反覆維持到「Mode」按鍵被觸動或電源,連接被改變在「自我清洗」過程中,內部的電磁閥會一直維持在「開」的狀態,使樣本持續流出。

如何開始「自我清洗」狀態:1.拔掉A10側邊電源插頭。

2.在先按住「Mode」按鍵的狀態下插回電源插頭,然後放掉按鍵,顯示幕會出現「Clean」字眼。

3.使A10在這狀態運作一小時,然後按「Mode」,使其進入檢測狀態。

在清洗完後,檢測幾項以確定數據是否穩定,並注意進出口是否有小氣泡存在,這將會嚴重影響讀值,A10 TOC檢測器共有三種操作模式,「自動檢測」、「手動檢測」及「待機」,除非有所改變,狀態會一直維持,A10的活動狀態則是用記號「*」來指示,如果有了一次以上的檢測數據,則「Analysis」顯示會被數值取代。

Millipore建議長期持續使用A10才會有穩定極準確的數值出現,否則每次使用時,要捨棄前三次數據。

接上電源或按一次「Mode」按鍵會隨時進入此狀態,然後會持續顯示最後一次檢測出數據。

2Note:閃爍的數據通常表示之前的或有問題的Fill Time Note:自動及手動檢測接由此設定在「Fill」狀態下,趕測室會持續沖洗使用者設定之時間,而第一次檢測時,A10會自動的家30秒鐘。

「自動檢測」會持續至外部指令改變,一組閃爍的數據表示是顯示就記錄並可能是不可靠的。

如有任何錯誤被檢測出來,儀器會自動進入兩次「recovery」之常識,如果成功,則進入正常檢測狀態,但如果失敗,A10會進入「待機」狀態,並顯示「Error」,這時請對照「錯洗表」中之說明或重新按「Mode」鍵啟動。

膜类型在一个膜夹具上一次只能安装一种类型的膜包。

不能将不同孔径或名义截留分子量的膜包混装在一起。

膜的数量取决于特定应用所需的过滤面积。

避免用手接触滤膜表面。

膜包之间的垫片所有的Pellicon○R2盒式膜包(0.5 m2)和Maxi 膜包(2.5 m2)的包装盒中都装有两个硅胶垫片,用于膜包安装过程中安装在膜包之间。

冲洗步骤Pellicon盒式膜堆在使用前后及清洗前都应冲洗,在每次清洗、消毒和除热原之后也要进行冲洗,以便将化学试剂冲洗干净。

1.?? 将透过管路和回流管路处于排放状态,确保在冲洗过程中没有液体流回清洗罐中。

2.? 在清洗罐中加入40-50℃的纯水(经过过滤的去离子水、注射用水或反渗透水)或缓冲液,如果水会导致系统和膜堆内溶质的沉淀,就必须用合适的缓冲液冲洗后才进行清洗。

When pressur-ized from an external gas source, RC800 automatically replen-ishes liquid in the cell’s built-in reservoir during filtration (due to the pressure differential between the two containers). With RC800 attached, volumes exceeding normal cell capacity can be processed unattended. The reservoir may also be used to store dialysate during diafiltration or dialysis.Chemical and Temperature ResistanceDO NOT use reservoir with alcohols, strong acids, oxidizing agents, strong bases or organic solvents (esters, ketones, aro-matic and chlorinated hydrocarbons). 平板膜运行维护手册检查跨膜压差的稳定性。

跨膜压差的突然上升表明膜污染的发生,这可能是不正常的曝气状态或污泥性质的恶化导致的。

这种情况发生时需采取必要的措施,例如膜组件的化学清洗。

(2)曝气状态检查曝气空气量是否为标准量、以及是否为均一曝气。

发现曝气空气量异常、有明显的曝气不均一时,请进行必要的措施:如通过空气冲刷管调节,检查安装情况以及调整曝气等。

(3)活性污泥的颜色及气味正常的活性污泥的颜色及气味为土褐色有凝集性、无令人不快的气味。

如果外观及气味不是这种状态时,请适当地对MLSS、DO、pH、水温、BOD负荷等数值进行检查。

(4)MLSS正常的MLSS在8000~10000mg/L。

没有满足该条件的场合,可能无法达到既定性能,因此请适当地调整MLSS范围:MLSS过低时,可采用投入种泥或停止污泥排放等措施;MLSS过高时,可采取增加通向污泥浓缩停留池等的污泥排放量等措施。

(5)DO正常的DO是膜生物反应器内均为2mg/L以上。

没有满足该条件时,可采取调整曝气条件等必要的措施。

(6)pH正常的pH为6~8。

没有满足该条件的场合,可能会发生无法达到既定性能的情况,请在预处理池中添加酸或碱来调整pH。

(7)水温正常的水温为15~35 ℃。

没有满足该条件的场合,可能会发生无法达到既定性能的情况,因此如有可能请采取冷却、保温等必要措施。

(8)水位请检查膜生物反应器的水位是否在正常范围内。

发生异常时请进行以下检查:可通过自动控制检查。

(9)出水色度微生物在死亡后,会分泌一种带有色素的惰性物质,从而导致出水颜色略黄。

此时,需排掉一些死泥,恢复出水颜色。

二、平板膜组件的初运行1、清水运行(1)检查和设置清水运行前,请先进行以下检查准备工作。

(a)请再次确认空气管、污水管的正确连接。

(b)确认膜元件箱体在曝气箱上已固定好。

(c)确认膜组件放置的反应池内已清洗完毕。

打开保护盖。

泥土和灰尘可能会对损坏膜组件。

(d)将清水放入池内之前,打开空气排放阀,排出膜元件中的空气。

这些建议是根据我们现有的经验和实践编写的,没有将所有可能用到的清洗、消毒和除热原的方法全部列出。

手册使用方法本手册详细介绍了以下的维护程序:•冲洗•清洗•消毒•除热原•水通量NWP的检测•完整性测试方法•保存本手册介绍了在每一步操作时超滤系统的连接方式,以及建议使用的切向流速和膜透压。

在清洗条件建议表中,列明了各种清洗剂的浓度、pH值、时间、温度和与膜的化学兼容性。

清洗剂选择表可以帮助用户根据不同的应用和污染情况,选择相应的清洗剂。

但是很难预测出所有应用所需的清洗剂,所以在清洗剂选择表中也同时列出了可供选择的其他清洗剂。

有一些应用可能需要两步清洗。

在这种情况下,必须用水将第一种清洗剂从超滤系统中完全冲洗干净之后,才可以使用第二种清洗剂,以免不同的清洗剂之间发生对膜堆有害的化学反应。

选择清洗方法:1.从清洗剂选择表中,找出类似的应用或可能的污染物。

2.选择与所使用的膜堆兼容的清洗剂。

3.从清洗条件建议表中,找出对应的清洗剂的操作条件。

选择消毒、除热原和保存剂的方法与此相同。

注:1.一定要确认您选择的清洗剂与膜材质是兼容的。

2.所有新膜堆在安装后第一次使用之前,必须进行冲洗和清洗。

3.清洗好的新膜堆要用纯水测定水通量NW P。

Pellicon & Pellicon 2 膜堆冲洗步骤Pellicon和Pellicon-2超滤膜包在使用前后、长时间未用和清洗前都要进行冲洗;同时,在膜包经过清洗、除热源、除菌等步骤之后,都要通过冲洗来除去化学清洗剂。

1. 按照超滤膜包装中说明书的要求安装膜包。

2. 用滤过的去离子水、注射用水或是反渗透水充满Pellicon或是Pellicon-2膜包。

冲洗膜包用的水必须纯净,以避免污染膜包或是给系统引入其它污染物。

3. 全开循环液阀,循环液管直接排放;透过液管也直接排放。

4. 启动进液泵,将水通过进口打入Pellicon膜包夹具,按照下表要求调节进口压力:5. 冲洗膜面,直到循环液口流出的水量达到12升/m2。

部分液体会从透过液口流出,此时,透过液的体积并不重要,它只随膜包的流道类型而变化。

6. 部分关闭循环阀,直到进口压力升至1.6 bar(25psi),如果膜包安装严密,进口压力可达 5.0bar (80psi)。

7. 调整泵速,直到切向流速达到每平米每分钟1-2升,冲洗膜孔,直到透过液口流出液的体积达到每平米70升/m2为止。

8. 排空系统,继续其它操作程序。

清洗步骤1.把滤过液和回流液出口连接到清洗罐。

2.关掉清洗罐的排液阀、打开回流和滤过口的阀门。

3.如果您的系统采用的是离心泵,可将泵的出口阀关闭;如果您的系统采用的是变速泵,请把泵速调到最低。

4.从清洗剂选择表中,选出能去除系统内的堵塞物的适当清洗剂,在清洗条件建议表中确认该清洗剂与您所使用的膜材质兼容,同时选定该清洗剂的浓度和条件;将40-50°C的水加入到清洗罐中,再把清洗剂按照选定的浓度加入到清洗罐内。

如果能在清洗期间保持这一温度对清洗效果会有显著的帮助。

5.启动泵,并立即开启泵的出口阀或提高泵速到下面所列出的流速。

6.调节回流阀及泵速达到以下压力条件进口压力25-30Psi (1.7bar-2.0bar)回流压力5Psi (0.3bar)7.让清洗液循环到指定时间。

如果使用的是挥发性清洗剂如氯时,要定时测量清洗剂的浓度,并当浓度下降时补充清洗剂至设定浓度。

8.如果系统比较复杂有多个歧管的话,要确保所有接触料液的表面都能被清洗剂清洗干净,同样所有接触料液的阀门也需要清洗干净;一个比较好的方法是,在清洗过程中,将阀门开大--关小两次以上,以保证阀体内接触料液的内表面全部都能接触到清洗剂。

9.清洗循环结束,关闭泵并排空系统。

10.按照冲洗步骤,用纯水把系统冲洗干净。

清洗剂选择表ⅠPellicon & Pellicon 2超滤膜堆清洗剂选择表ⅡPellicon膜堆清洗条件消毒步骤膜堆的消毒应该在完全清洗和冲洗后才可进行。

消毒时需要的压力、流速等与清洗时所用的一样。

请参考清洗步骤。

从下表找出与膜材质兼容的消毒剂:消毒剂和所用的条件用于pellicon盒式膜堆*为了保证膜的使用寿命,对于PLAC,PLBC和PLCC膜,消毒的温度在20-25℃为佳;对于PLGC等大分子量的改良纤维素膜,消毒温度可以达到25-40℃。

除热原步骤膜堆的除热原应该在清洗、消毒和冲洗之后进行。

除热原时的压力、流速及所需液体体积与清洗相同,请参考清洗步骤。

从下表中找出与超滤膜材质兼容的除热原试剂:除热原试剂和应用条件用于pellicon盒式膜堆*为了保证膜的使用寿命,对于PLAC,PLBC和PLCC膜,消毒的温度在20-25℃为佳;对于PLGC等大分子量的改良纤维素膜,消毒温度可以达到25-40℃。

水通量(NWP) 测量新膜在第一次使用之前,应测量它的水通量NW P。

先对膜堆进行清洗和冲洗,然后再测NW P,这时测出的NW P将作为标准来检验每次使用后膜堆的清洗效果。

步骤:1.把回流管和透过液管引回清洗罐。

2.把罐的排放阀关闭,打开回流管路和透过液管路或阀门。

3.如果使用的是变速泵,把泵速调到最小;如果使用的是离心泵,关闭泵的出口阀。

4.在清洗罐中注满纯水,水温在25°C左右,水质应是蒸馏水或过滤后的去离子水。

5.开启泵,调节到以下压力:进口压 10psi(0.7bar)回流出口压5psi(0.34bar)6.循环5-10分钟,保证压力和水温的稳定。

7.记录透过液的速度、进口和回流压力、水温等数据。

8.把泵关掉,把系统中的水排空。

9.用以下的公式计算NW P,将计算出的NW P与最初的标准进行比较。

如果NW P衰减幅度较大,说明清洗效果不好,应该试用其它的清洗剂和清洗程序。

NWP水温校正因素表(F)膜堆的完整性检测在对膜堆进行完整性检测之前,系统应该经过充分的清洗和冲洗,残留的清洁剂会对结果有很大影响。

1.首先确定系统已经清洗好,并且膜已经完全湿透。

膜的润湿可以在TMP为2bar的条件下,用水循环五分钟。

2.将系统内的水排空。

3.把经过过滤的并且压力可调节的气源接到膜堆的进口或回流口,最好选择位置比较高那一个口。

4.把没有接气源的进口或回流口用阀门或其他方法封闭。

5.透过液口是开放的。

6.慢慢的加压到指定的气压,然后稳定五分钟让残留的水排出。

7.测量并记录气压、温度和从透过口出来的气体流量。

气体流量可用气体流量计测量或如图示测量一定时间内在倒置的灌满水的量筒中有多少体积水被排走。

如果膜堆安装正确,但所测气体流量仍然高于表中所列的指标,请立即和Millipore公司当地的办事处联系。

2. 将回流和过滤口的阀门打开。

3. 将泵流速调到最小。

4. 从表上按膜的材质找出合适的保存剂。

按浓度的要求开一定量的保存。

把保存液放进清洗罐。

5. 调泵速到下列的流速。

6. 调节回流阀把回流压力和进出口压差调到上表中标明的数值,同时保持要求的流速。

7. 将保存液循环五分钟。

8. 如果膜堆在1-5天之内还要再次使用,可以将膜堆在系统中保存,只需把泵关闭,把进出膜堆夹具的所有管路上的阀门关闭,让膜堆中充满保存液,然后把膜堆和夹具在4℃下保存。

9. 如果在长时间(如超过5天)不会再使用,应把膜堆从滤器上拆下来,用保存液将膜堆充分润湿后,保存在密封的塑料袋中,或放入装有保存液的容器中,并让保存液将膜堆浸没,放在4℃下保存。

Pellicon & Pellicon 2 膜包的保存液以上所推荐的保存液可以保证膜堆的充分润湿并抑制细菌的生长,避免膜包受损。

再次使用之前,要对膜包进行冲洗、清洗和消毒。

膜包要保存在塑料袋或容器中,在4℃下(但注意不能结冰)保存。
