摘要：PURPOSE:To increase power in water by blending a base consisting of ammonium perchlorate and Al powder with a binder contg. at least one of specified nitrates and a polyurethane resin compsn. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of nitro plasticizers such as trimethylolethane trinitrate, triethylene glycol dinitrate and diethylene glycol dinitrate are mixed with polyethylene glycol, an inert plasticizer such as trimethylolpropane or dioctyl adipate and polybutadiene having terminal hydroxyl groups at about 60 deg.C to obtain a binder. This binder is further mixed with a stabilizer and a curing catalyst at about 60 deg.C as required. A base consisting of ammonium perchlorate powder and Al powder or further contg. trimethylenetrinitroamine is blended with the binder and then mixed with a curing agent such as tolylene diisocyanate at about 60 deg.C to obtain an explosive compsn. The amt. of the binder blended is 10-30wt.%.
