1.Greeting Good afternoon, boys and girls. I’m Alice. How are you? Fine,
thank you.
2.标题Do you like the song? You sing very well. What’s it about? It’s about
months. Which month do you like best? You are the same as me. I like August, too. Because I can eat a big cake in August. Do you know why? Yes, you are clever, my birthday is in August. Do you like cakes? When is your birthday?
OK, this class, we will talk about birthday.
3.目标:First, let’s read the learning aims together.
4.讲述规则:Do you like games? Let’s play a game. If you want to win, you have
to pass three rounds. And I will divide you into two groups, the boys and the girls. Let’s see who is smarter. Are you ready, let’s go!
5.第一回合:Password, months. I like all the months in the year.
January:We will celebrate the New Year’s Day. It is the start of the year, and it is full of hope.
February: The Spring Festival is in February , families will get together and have a big meal.
March: I can plant trees with my classmates. Trees can make the environment better.
April:I can play tricks on my friends and they will not get angry. You should remember that only on April Fools’.
May: I can have a 5-day holiday.
June: Kids will be happy, because they can get presents from their parents. July:The summer holiday is coming. We don’t need to go to school.

November: I will climb mountains with my families.
December: I will buy a big sock to put my present from the Santa Clause.

12.听力:Linda , Mary and Mike are talking about birthdays. Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks. Write down the answers on your notebook. You two. Listen again, and follow the tape. Boys read A, and girls read B.

14. 问他人生日Look at these three students. They are Frank, Eric and Jane. How to ask their birthdays?

Make a dialogue to check the answers.
16. Group work. Make a suvery. Four students a group and ask your group member’s birt hdays and fill in the form. Then give a report like this.

When is your father’s birthday? Parents is the most important people for us ,they give me life and do everything for us.
