亚低温治疗对脓毒症小鼠血清可溶性髓样

细胞触发受体1及炎症因子水平的影响▲

(上海市浦东医院急危重医学科,上海市201399,电子邮箱:shiqifang456@)【摘要】目的探讨亚低温治疗对脓毒症小鼠血清可溶性髓样细胞触发受体1(s/REM-1)及炎症因子水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将84只BALB/t小鼠分为正常对照组、脓毒症组、亚低温组,每组28只。除正常对照组外,其余两组采用腹腔注射脂多糖的方法建立脓毒症小鼠模型。造模成功后亚低温组给予物理降温法降温,使小鼠肛温维持在34Z~36Z,其余两组不做处理。建模后6%12h检测小鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子+(TNF-w)%白细胞介素6(ILC)、sTREM-1水平,观察建模后12h各组小鼠的存活率。结果建模后6、12h,正常对照组、亚低温组、脓毒血症组小鼠血清TNF t、ILC%s/REM-1水平依次升高(均P<0.05)。建模后12h 正常对照组小鼠存活率高于其余两组(均P<0-05",但亚低温组和脓毒症组存活率差异无统计学意义

(P>0.05)。结论亚低温治疗可以降低脓毒症小鼠血清sTREM-1及炎症因子水平#

低温可以减缓机体的代谢,降低氧耗,保护线粒体功能,减少缺血缺氧所致的细胞凋亡以及自由基产生,抑制炎症反应[1]。脓毒症是宿主对感染反应失控的结果,对脓毒症患者采用低温疗法可能有一定的效果'2(。但有关亚低温用于治疗脓毒症效果的研究结果并不一致[3-4],其中有临床研究显示亚低温并不能改善脓毒症/脓毒症休克患者的预后髓样细胞触发受体1(OiggeOng receptor expressed on myeloid cell1,TREM-1)是一种新型炎症激发细胞膜受体,在炎症触发和级联放大的反应中作用突出。可溶性
