摘要：
手部皮肤脱套伤是手部外伤中较常见的一种，严重的脱套伤会对手
部功能和美观造成影响。

本文主要探讨两种腹部皮瓣修复手部皮肤脱套
伤的手术方法和术后观察，包括自体腹壁皮瓣修复和异体腹壁皮瓣修复。

自体腹壁皮瓣修复是将患者自身腹壁组织作为皮瓣，用于修复手部
皮肤缺损。

本文选择4例患者进行手术，其中3例手术成功，1例手术失败。

疗效满意度高，但需要注意术后并发症的预防。

异体腹壁皮瓣修复是将无关患者的腹壁组织作为皮瓣。

本文选择3
例患者进行手术，其中2例手术成功，1例手术失败。

虽然手术成功率较低，但异体腹壁皮瓣修复具有较高的可塑性和适应性，值得进一步研究。

综上，自体腹壁皮瓣修复和异体腹壁皮瓣修复均可用于手部皮肤脱
套伤的修复，但需要根据患者情况和术后并发症的预防选择适当的方法。

Abstract:
Skin avulsion injury is a common type of hand injury that can cause functional and aesthetic problems. This study aims to explore two methods of abdominal skin flap repair for repairing hand skin defects, including autologous abdominal wall skin flap repair and allogeneic abdominal wall skin flap repair.
Autologous abdominal wall skin flap repair uses the patient's own abdominal wall tissue as a skin flap to repair hand skin defects. Four patients were selected for surgery, with three successful surgeries and one unsuccessful surgery. Although the therapeutic effect was satisfactory, attention should be paid to the prevention of postoperative
complications.
Allogeneic abdominal wall skin flap repair uses unrelated donor abdominal wall tissue as a skin flap. Three patients were selected for
surgery, with two successful surgeries and one unsuccessful surgery. Although the success rate was low, allogeneic abdominal wall skin flap
repair is more plastic and adaptable, which should be further studied.
In conclusion, autologous abdominal wall skin flap repair and
allogeneic abdominal wall skin flap repair can be used for hand skin
avulsion injury repair, but appropriate methods should be chosen according to the patient's condition and prevention of postoperative
complications.
