一、贯彻执行每月有计划，每周有安排，每日要落实。
每月伊始，根据上月的情况，结合班级实际、学生思想发展变化，做到统筹全局，提前安排。
该月学生思想有何变化，有哪些不利因素即将发生，影响有多大，都要提前预防。
也许一次考试部分人思想有所波动：厌学、不学、逃学等自暴自弃;也许一次活动部分人变的浮躁起来：拉帮节派、谈恋爱……这些都要提前预案，纳入计划。
班委干部是班主任的得力助手，有了他们的通力合作，及时处理，更能保证班级安全。
他们与学生最接近、最亲密，对学生们一言一行、思想状态、行为习惯了解得更清楚。
每周我利用星期天到校时间召开班干部会议做好具体分工，谁在哪段时间、某个范围、什么任务都必须责任到人，一有隐患，及时形成信息反馈作为班主任，安全管理工作要达到预期防范目的，工作则还要细，还要有耐心。
我坚持每天多走走，多看看，多问问，多讲讲。
教室是学生们最集中、呆的时间最多的环境;操场是学生们自由天地;寝室、食堂就是他们的“家园”;单是校园其他角落也是他们的“通天大道”。
作为班主任在这些地方多走走是必要的，多看看周围，多看看孩子们，也许因有了你的身影，他们不赶冒险攀爬;也许因有了你的一个眼神，他们伸出的拳头又缩回去了。
此外，到教室、寝室走走，学生是否到齐了，房屋墙壁是否有丝裂现象、用电设备是否安全、门窗门锁是否松动、寝室床铺是否牢固、水道是否畅通、学生生活用品摆放是否安全……一旦发生意外，要多问原因，多角度了解情况，想办法使事件消失在萌芽状态之中，必要时上报学校领导。
