Lead-in (2 mins):
1.a video shows some countable and uncountable nouns;
2. ask a student to recite the words and divide the words into countable and uncountable
nouns;
Stage 1: (8 mins) The usage of uncountable nouns
Task 1: What other uncountable nouns(不可数名词)do you know?
Task 2: Some uncountable nouns(不可数名词)can be changed into countable nouns(可数名词), can you give some examples?
Task 3: exercises(不可数名词相关的单句改错)
(before exercise, teacher lets Ss know the formats of proof reading)

It is Mother’s Day today.Though it’s a western festival, it's popular in China now.
Mom has a full-time job,but she has to do most of the houseworks.She is a great mother.Both Dad and I planned to do something on Mother’s Day.We got up early in the morning.Dad cleaned the house,and then went shopping.When he came back,I found a bunch of flowers in his hand.I asked Mom to stay in the sitting room and I cooked in the kitchen.The dishes that I cooked were Mom’s favorite.At dinner,we said to her,“Happy Mother’s Day!”Mom was grateful and moved. I’ll be unable to control myself and forget all about my study. She also thinks it’s bad for my eye. But I really can’t accept her ideas.
In my view, watching TV can set my mind at rest after a day’s hard work. Besides, it’s important for us to know what had happened at home and abroad. Thus, we shouldn’t be forbidden to watch TV.
