3、小组活动环节节奏应该再快些，两个学生回答之间衔接再紧密一些，就会节省时间给更多学生表现的机会。
改进措施：经过教学实践，我体会到要精心设计一堂词汇课，教师要在课前必须花大量的时间和精力对词的音，形，意，法等诸因素作充分的考虑和研究。要精心设计例句的长度、信息的密度、低频率词汇出现的数量等；要把重心放在发展学生综合语言运用能力的基础上，着重提高学生对词汇的识记、拼写和运用能力，特别要注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。同时还要考虑学生对词汇的理解程度、自信心、学习动力以及已有的知识经验等。在设计活动任务时要考虑任务的难度等级。通过多媒体课件制作等激发学生的学习热情，使材料由抽象转化为具体、形象，降低学生的难度。课堂的安排要更加合理，设计符合学生实际能力又能促其提高的学习活动，增强学生的参与意识，从而提高课堂效果。

十、教学反思
本节课的设计理念是，通过读，背和练习来掌握不同词汇的音，形，意和用法。能够准确的用这些词汇造句和交流，用到写作中。课上采用多种方法，填空，单选，造句，猜猜词在不同句中的含义等，吸引学生学习兴趣。最后，我将所学词汇串成文章，编成有趣的故事，而且故事与本单元的内容相关，为学生树立学以致用的榜样，引导他们用所学词汇表达自己。填写小短文巩固和提高了对语言的运用也是本节课的亮点。尴尬之时，我进行适当的引导，使课程得以顺利进行下去了。同学们做的很好我很满意，基本上达到了预期的目的。学生活动也很多，课容量很大。
四、教学策略选择与设计
策略一：自主学习。学生们自己看音标读单词，看单词的汉语注释和导学案，了解本课的学习重点内容。
策略二：合作探究。学生们以小组为单位，通过谈论，查字典等方式完成学案中的问题。
策略三：激情展示。学生展示研讨结果，其他小组成员补充，纠错。
策略四：精讲点拨。教师讲解，为学生解惑，解决学习词汇的障碍。

三、学情分析
学生经过高一阶段的训练和学习，有一定的基础，大部分学生能看着音标读准单词，根据单词猜测读音，通过发音规律和音节划分记忆词汇。但是对于单词的用法还不知道，课下查字典没时间，而且字典中条目众多，他们无法全掌握，需要老师挑出高中阶段的重点，常用的条目来练习和识记。词汇学习本就枯燥，所以我设计了多种题型，让他们耳目一新，而不是千篇一律。

修七第五单元词汇学习。掌握词汇是学习英语的基础，著名英语学家说过“without grammar little can be conveyed; without vocabulary nothing can be conveyed.”指出了词汇语言学习的重要性。这节课讲解常用词汇和短语的意思和用法并进行练习，拓展近义词，进行同义句转换，语法填空，单句改错，使学生更准确的运用这些词汇，并让学生自己设置情境，用所学词汇表达自己的意思。

不足之处的反思：1、由于课件是事先准备好的，教师的课堂组织教学以及教学活动只能受限于课件。
2、由于既定的阅读任务和小组活动的安排较多，想在规定时间内按时完成教学任务，在活动时间的安排上出现了判断失误，导致延堂了几分钟，才把小短文说完。就是让学生回答问题时，学生紧张或者对知识不确定时，思考耽误了一些时间。
