社区脑卒中高危人群筛查的信息化探索与建议

【摘要】构建筛查、管理、随访跟踪一体的信息化平台,是脑卒中区域防治体系的重要手段.本文介绍了上海市社区脑卒中筛查与防治流程及高危筛查系统界面设计,并基于社区脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预工作的实践,对脑卒中高危筛查系统存在的问题提出建议,以进一步完善社区脑卒中筛查信息化建设和规范社区脑卒中筛查服务流程.%Building an integrated information platform for the screening,management and follow-up of stroke is of important significance for regional stroke prevention and treatment.In this paper,we introduced the flow path of the system for screening,prevention and treatment of stroke in community-dwelling population in Shanghai,and the interfacial design of information-based stroke screening system in high-risk community-dwelling population in Shanghai.Moreover,based on the practical experience in screening and intervening,we put forward solutions to the problems existing in the information-based stroke screening system in high-risk community-dwelling population,in order to further improve the informationalized building and standardize the flow path of screening stroke in community-dwelling population.
