Frist,ask them to rewrite some sentences in the reading.
1.He is quiet and doesn’t like to talk much ,but his work shouts!
2.I want to share the best art with people, so I am always searching for something better or different.
3.I am active and energetic,and I love working with people. ...
Then,ask them to read the sentences and point the key words in red.
Step Two. Entering
First, I’ll tell them we use conjunctions like both...and...,not only...but (also)...,either...or..., and neither...nor...to connect the same part of two sentences to avoid repetition..
Then, ask them to give some examples.
Next, I’ll tell them we us e both...and...to emphasize that somthing is true not just of o ne person ,thing or situation,but of another too.

Frist, ask the students to complete t he exercises on page 14. Then,encourage some of them to show the snswers.
