Rainy Day
Yesterday, it was a rainy day.The sky was covered with dark clouds and it was pouring down with rain.I looked out of the window and saw that the street was empty.The cars were splashing water as they passed by.
I was excited because I love playing in the rain.I put on my raincoat and boots and went outside.The rain was cold and refreshing.I held an umbrella and walked to the park near my house.The park was full of puddles and I enjoyed jumping into them.
I also saw some birds sheltering under the trees.They were chirping and seemed to be enjoying the rain too.I played with my friends in the park.We splashed each other and had a great time.
After playing for a while, we went to a nearby caféto warm up.We had hot chocolate and cookies.It was yummy and made us feel better.
Even though it was a rainy day, I had a lot of fun.I love the rain and I can't wait for the next rainy day to come.。
