0 引言
从非洲猪瘟在我国猪场造成的疫情分析发现，我国猪场受到该疫病严重的影响，因此在没有有效药物和疫苗防控的基础上，养殖人员要高度重视生物安全防控措施的落实，对猪场进行严格的消毒管理，尤其是对进出猪场的物资、车辆和人员要彻底消毒。

在养猪过程中采取不抽血、不免疫、不断尾、不配种、不剪牙或者是减少免疫、检测、抽血、配种等措施。

很多中小型猪场由于缺少技术人员，且养殖人员自身不具备相应技术，在实际中往往会根据经验进行生猪养殖。

若是长期不对生猪开展免疫工作或者没有及时检测评价免疫效果，对免疫程序不及时进行调整，将会降低生猪养殖的基础免疫水平，增加猪场出现疫情的风险。

1 做好猪场消毒工作
1.1 对进出人员进行消毒
首先，猪场采样检测一般由猪场工作人员完成，这
样可以有效避免外来人员进入猪场造成的疫病风险。

如果猪场没有工作人员掌握采样技术，需要猪场外技术人员到现场抽血采样的，猪场要严格按照规范程序和规定多次消毒，尤其是对外来车辆和人员要彻底消毒。

外来人员进入猪场前，先到消毒室更换衣服，同时完成消毒、洗澡、再消毒等工作，穿上防护服后方可进入猪场核心区域；到达之后再次更换衣服，按照消毒室的步骤再次进行一遍，然后更换防护服、鞋套、手套、口罩等；进入生猪的生活空间，即猪舍内部时，工作人员还需要穿戴一次性防水鞋套，在消毒盆中消毒后进入猪舍抽血采样。

值得注意的是，工作人员需要定期更换猪舍入口消毒盆内的消毒水，确保消毒水功能，并在血液采样前，工作人员还需要更换一次防水鞋套。

摘要：随着畜牧业的发展，猪场在发展过程中需要做好生猪疫病的防控工作。

目前还没有针对非洲猪瘟的有效疫苗，也没有治疗该病的特效药，我国采取生物安全防控措施防控非洲猪瘟。

中小型猪场受技术条件、防疫条件等因素的影响，在严格按照要求进行生物安全防控措施的落实过程中，很容易忽视其他动物疫病的检疫效果、免疫监测评价等，进而增加猪场出现疫情的风险。

该文主要就非洲猪瘟压力下猪场在采样检测过程中的注意事项进行分析。
