电子烟中重金属含量的检测与限制标准研究一、背景介绍近年来,电子烟作为一种新型的烟草类产品,已经在全球范围内得到流行。

与传统烟草不同,电子烟使用电池加热电子烟油来产生烟雾,但是其烟油中也含有一定量的化学物质,其中包括了重金属元素。

重金属元素是指密度大于5克/厘米立方的金属元素,如铅、汞、镉等,这些元素会对人体健康产生潜在的风险。

因此,了解电子烟中重金属元素的含量以及制定相应的限制标准是非常重要和必要的。

同时,还有部分烟油中检测到了其他重金属元素,如镉和铬等。

除了单一元素的研究,也有研究对电子烟烟油中多种元素的含量进行了研究。

例如,一项针对20种电子烟烟油的研究表明,其中15种烟油中含有镉、铅和铜等多种元素,且有些元素的含量超过了生活饮用水中允许的标准。

这些研究结果表明,电子烟中的烟油确实含有重金属元素,并且有些元素的含量可能超标。

但是,需要指出的是,不同品牌和型号的电子烟烟油可能含有不同的重金属元素种类和含量,因此需要进行更为全面和具体的研究。

四、限制标准的制定根据现有的研究结果,可以制定电子烟中重金属元素的限制标准。

对于含铅量,可以参考饮用水的含铅标准,即不得高于0.01毫克/升。

同时,对于其他重金属元素,也可以参考相关的标准进行制定。

第二条电子烟检验检测机构(以下简称检测机构)开展鉴别检测工作,适用本细则。

第三条鉴别检测工作坚持客观、公正、公益原则,确保检测结论科学、准确、权威。

第四条鉴别检测工作涉及的相关方应对鉴别检测工作提供必要的支持。

第二章机构与要求第五条检测机构负责承担所在省(区、市)或指定区域内鉴别检测工作。

第六条检测机构应确保开展鉴别检测工作的公益属性,应确保从事鉴别检测的人员、场所环境、设备设施、管理体系和开展的鉴别检测业务等有效受控,并建立相应的电子烟真品实物或有关技术资料库。

第三章委托与受理第七条鉴别检测的受理范围:(一)司法机关的委托;(二)行政执法部门的委托;(三)其他检测机构的委托;(四)法律法规规定的其他情形的委托。

第八条检测机构有权不予受理下列委托:(一)不符合本细则第七条规定的;(二)委托方未提供相关资料的;(三)委托方提供信息不全或不真实的;(四)样品数量或状态不能满足鉴别检测需要的;(五)无相关技术资料或因技术条件限制等客观因素无法鉴别检测的;(六)同一委托事项已由其他检测机构出具明确结论报告的;(七)检测机构无法承担完成的其他情形。

5.下液测试:把烟弹装满烟液插入雾化器内吸烟,把烟弹烟液吸干(一个烟弹大约抽250—300口),吸烟过程中无干烧现象,证明可以下液。

6.烟弹口数测试:正常烟弹装满烟液吸烟可吸250—300口。

7.气流测试:把烟弹装满烟液插入雾化器测试,气流顺畅,不堵气。

8漏液测试:把烟弹装满烟液装入雾化器测试,吸烟过程中,烟液不能吸入嘴里,放置过程中,烟液不能从雾化器漏出,弹弹按键松紧度。

9. 跌落试验:除客户特别要求外,均依美国运输协会一角三棱六面落地试验规定执行,每批至少做1箱按60CM高度做一角三棱六面落地试验后开箱检查产品有无损坏。

10. 寿命试验:依设计要求进行,新型号试产时此试验最少用1只做试验。

GB41700-2022《电子烟》国家标准发布,将于10月1日正式实施解读《电子烟》国家标准将于今年10月1日正式实施。

问:《电子烟》国家标准的制定背景和主要内容是什么?答:2021年11月,国务院印发了《关于修改<中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例>的决定》(国务院令第750号),增加第六十五条,“电子烟等新型烟草制品参照本条例卷烟的有关规定执行”。

2022年3月11日,国家烟草专卖局制定发布了《电子烟管理办法》,将于5月1日正式施行,办法提出“电子烟产品应当符合电子烟强制性国家标准”。

因此,制定《电子烟》强制性标准是落实上述法律法规的重要手段,也是建立电子烟监管体系的重要技术支撑。

2022年4月8日,市场监管总局(标准委)发布了GB 41700-2022《电子烟》强制性国家标准。

电子烟雾化液中烟碱(尼古丁)的测定

电子✕雾化液ѣ✕⻧δቲਚзεⲺ⎁ᇐE.1 原理量取一定量的电子雾化液样品,用甲醇溶解后过滤膜,采用气相色谱仪进行测定,外标法定量。

E.2 试剂E.2.1 甲醇:色谱纯。

E.2.2 烟碱(尼古丁)标准物质:纯度≥99.9%或已知浓度。

E.2.3 烟碱(尼古丁)标准储备液准确称取0.5g(精确至0.0001g)烟碱(尼古丁)于50mL容量瓶中,用甲醇(E.2.1)溶解定容,得到浓度为10 mg/mL的标准储备液。

储存于2℃~4℃条件下,有效期为6个月。

E.2.4 烟碱(尼古丁)标准工作溶液分别准确量取10 μL、20 μL、50 μL、100 μL、200 μL、500 μL的烟碱(尼古丁)标准储备液(E.2.3)于10mL容量瓶中,用甲醇(E.2.1)稀释并定容至刻度,得到浓度为0.01mg/mL、0.02mg/mL、0.05mg/mL、0.1mg/mL、0.2 mg/mL、0.5 mg/mL的烟碱(尼古丁)系列标准工作溶液。

E.3 仪器与材料E.3.1 分析天平,精度0.1mg。

E.3.2 气相色谱仪,配置有氢火焰离子化检测器,进样口应具有分流进样方式。

进样口、柱箱和检测器应分别配有独立可控制的加热单元。

E.3.3 容量瓶,规格为10mL、50mL。

E.3.4 涡旋振荡器,最大涡旋速度不小于2000r/min。

E.4 分析步骤E.4.1 样品前处理准确量取2mL电子烟烟液于50mL容量瓶(E.3.3)中,以甲醇(E.2.1)定容,加盖密封后置于涡旋振荡器(E.3.4)中,以2000r/min的速度涡旋振荡提取10min,取溶液色谱分析瓶中进行仪器分析。

E.4.2 空白实验在不添加样品的情况下,重复试验过程,进行样品空白试验。

E.4.3 气相色谱条件以下分析条件可供参考,采用其他条件应验证其适用性:——推荐使用毛细管色谱柱,固定相为PEG-20M,规格为[30m(长度)× 0.25mm(内径)× 0.25μm(膜厚)],或相当者;——进样口温度:250℃;——检测器温度:280℃;——进样体积为 1.0µL,分流比 10:1;——采用程序升温:初始温度160℃,保持9min,10℃/min,至250℃,保持6min。
