We are writing to apply for the establishment of a Diabolo Association.

Diabolo, also known as "Chinese yo-yo," is a traditional Chinese folk art that has a long history and cultural heritage.As a sport and art form, it not only promotes physical fitness but also inherits and passes on our nation"s rich traditional culture.
空竹，又称“中国悠悠”，是一项拥有悠久历史和文化遗产的中国民间艺术。

作为一种体育运动和艺术形式，它不仅促进了身体健康，也传承和传播了我们国家丰富的传统文化。

With the increasing popularity of Diabolo in recent years, more and more people, especially young people, are interested in learning and participating in Diabolo activities.However, there is currently no formal association that coordinates and promotes Diabolo-related activities and competitions in our city.
近年来，随着空竹的日益普及，越来越多的人，尤其是年轻人，对学习和参与空竹活动产生了兴趣。

然而，目前我们城市还没有一个正式的协会来协调和推广空竹相关的活动和比赛。

Therefore, we are applying to establish a Diabolo Association that will serve as a platform for promoting Diabolo culture, organizing competitions, and providing training and guidance to Diabolo enthusiasts.We believe that through the establishment of this association, we can further promote Diabolo in our city and provide a better environment for Diabolo enthusiasts to learn, practice, and exchange.
因此，我们申请成立一个空竹协会，该协会将成为推广空竹文化、组织比赛和为空竹爱好者提供培训和指导的平台。
