振框平筛采用弹簧支撑筛框,提高振筛运行平稳度的一种新型的筛浆设备。

主要用于筛除纸浆悬浮液中的各种杂质,广泛应用与机械木浆、硫酸盐木浆、草浆及废纸等制浆流程中的除节和粗选.当用于除节时,可安装在洗浆流程之后,而用于粗选时,则安装在洗浆流程之前。

该机有振动幅度大,筛分能力强,工作效率高、噪音小、操作方便、维修率低、低耗节能等优点。

ZSV型升流式压力筛是针对再生纸浆中杂质的特性设计为升流式结构,利用筛鼓内外的压力差和旋翼头部的正压作为筛选动力,利用旋翼高速回转产生的压力脉冲清洗筛板。

未经筛选取的浆料由设在底部的进浆口沿切线方向进入机体,由于高速旋转产生的离心力使重杂质迅速的沿外周壁旋转并流向设在底部的重渣室,去除重杂质的浆料上升到筛选区,合格纤维通过筛孔(或筛缝)流向筛鼓外,经良浆口排出。

轻杂质则继续上升,由设在顶部的轻杂质口排出。

由于采用了升流式结构,缩短了杂质在筛选区的停留时间,有效的防止了重杂质对转子和筛鼓的损环,大大延长了设备的使用寿命。

升流式压力筛可广泛用于各种废纸浆的粗筛、精筛及纸机前浆料的筛选,具有无可比拟的良好工作性能和可靠性,是各种国产压力筛用于再生浆处理的更新换代产品。

ZSL外旋翼内流压力筛用于制浆系统的精筛和纸机前的低浓资料的网前筛。

它利用离心力的影响,使杂质不易磨损筛板。

更适合0.15--0..25的细缝筛鼓,动力省,单产能耗节省60--80%,筛渣量小,出浆压力平稳,脉动低。

高浓水力碎浆机采用三纸螺旋转子,在高温、高浓条件下碎解废纸,且基本不降低废纸所具有的浆料性质,转子的旋转带动浆料形成强烈循环涡流,使废纸之间产生强力摩擦,从而离解成纤维、油墨粒子、油污也在纤维间的磨擦和化学药品的作用下,从纤维表面剥落和分离,以保证浮选脱墨和筛选净化等工段能顺利进行,从而生产出较高白度的浆料,具有生产能力大,动力消耗低,使用维修方便等优点。
