一、指导思想
上学期,初一学年组在学校领导的关心指导下,更是在教师们无私的努力工作下,我们取得较好成绩。
本学期我们将继续以“追求科学、追求和谐、追求发展”为指导思想,以“教育教学”为核心。
本学期是新生进入中学的第二个学期,通过一学期的学习和生活,学生从思想上进一步提高了对中学的认识,明确了中学学习的任务和方法。
年级组将以德育为首,狠抓行为养成教育。
加强教育教学的常规管理,形成良好的学习风气,积极配合各处室抓好年级学生的教育、教学工作,以务实进取、开拓创新的精神把本年级建成具有“团结、活泼、严谨、求学、创新”的学风和班风。
二、抓好教学常规
面对新课程,新课标,我们初一年级组将抓好集体备课,带领全组教师认真学习新课标,明确教学目标,掌握好本学科的知识体系,知识结构,知晓重点章节,实事求是地确定每堂课的教学目标、关键、难点、重点、要求,鼓励教师能运用多种教学手段,尤其是现代化技术的运用,能注重学生的个性发展,注意学生综合素质与能力的提高,能入时了解教学信息反馈,及时处理。
实行师徒结对活动,努力提高青年教师业务素质,提高年级组教学能力。
年级组还将严格考勤,考绩制度,抓好教学“五认真”(备讲批辅考)检查督促工作,要让初一年级组形成踏实肯干,治学严谨,团结进取,优良的工作集体。
三、抓好学生教育
作为刚进入初一年级的新生,要做好起始工作,做好从小学进入中学的链接工作,能让同学们立即适应初中学习生活,能适应我校的新环境,新老师,新的学习任务,要让同学们认真学习并领会我校的“在校常规”,从学习品质,日常行为习惯能符合我校的规范,能端正学习态度,明确学习目的,严格学习行为,严肃学习纪律上下功夫,在初一年级中形成勤学好问,积极向上,勇于进取的学习气氛。
四、抓好班主任工作
作为学校的一个最基本的单元,班主任工作是核心,一个班级良好学风的养成,一个班级制度的完善,同学们的精神面貌,都与班主任工作分不开,与班主任平时工作的踏实、严格、关爱是有莫大联系,本年级组将对各班主任严格要求,把本年级的4个班级管理好,出先进,出成果。
班主任继续施行“严管、常跟、细导”六字方针。
针对各班实际,创新地开展班主任工作,真正走进学生内心,对学生一日活动全面掌控,树立安全第一的观点,结合七年级学生生理和心理特点,充分利用晨会和班会活动时间开展有针对性的教育和活动。
多关爱、多了解、多沟通,给学生创造一个健康、快乐成长的环境。
五、抓好教科研工作
为了更好地教学,加强业务学习,组织教科研是不可少的,理论联系实践,理论水平在实践中检验,实践要靠一定的理论水平作指导,应在教科研方面多下功夫,多阅读,多思考,多总结,积极参加平时的教科研活动中,能做到与所教授的内容,所接触的学生,所遇到的现象,所处的环境,具体问题具体解决,能在教学实践中提高自身的理论水平,反过来再
来指导实际工作,形成良性循环,养成向教科研要质量的文化氛围,年级组将在平时的教科研活动中给予支持鼓励。
六、抓好德育卫生等工作
以班级为单元,班主任为核心,抓好学生的平时的德育教育工作,培养同学们的遵纪守法,团结同学,尊敬师长,努力进取,奉献爱国的精神,优化校园的从文环境,精神面貌。
同时抓好环境卫生,学生的两操等工作。
本年级将团结每一位教师,讲团体协作,讲乐于奉献,扎扎实实地把初一年级的工作做好,完成本学期学校安排初一年级组教育教学任务,力争成为让领导满意放心的优秀学年组。
