·ASTM A 182/A 182M-2006高温用锻制或轧制合金钢和不锈钢管法兰、锻制配件、阀门与部件Standard Specification forForged or Rolled Alloy and Stainless Steel Pipe Flanges,Forged Fittings,and Valve and Parts for High-TemperatureService美国材料与试验学会标准ASTM A 182/A 182M-06高温用锻制或扎制合金钢和不锈钢管法兰、锻制配件、阀门与部件1 范围*1.1 本标准2适用于压力系统用的锻制低合金钢和不锈钢管道部件,包括法兰、配件、阀门和规定尺寸或尺寸标准(如第2章中引用ASME标准)的相似零件;1.2 棒材和由棒材直接加工的产品,参照标准A 479/A 479M和A 739中适用的类似的牌号。

按照本标准制造的产品限制其最大重量为10000磅(4540千克)。

对于较大产品和其他用途的产品参照标准A 336/A 336M和A 965/A 965 M中相应铁素体与奥氏体的类似牌号;1.3 本标准中包括若干牌号的低合金钢、铁素体钢、马氏体钢、奥氏体钢和铁素体-奥氏体不锈钢。

钢牌号应根据设计和使用工况要求来选用;1.4 当要求附加试验或检查时,提出补充要求供使用。

这些补充要求仅当买方在定单中逐一规定时才使用;1.5 本标准以英寸-磅制与SI制单位表示。

然而,除非在定单中规定采用“M”标准编号(SI制单位),否则材料将以英寸-磅制单位来表示;1.6 以英寸-磅制单位或SI制单位表示的数值分别都是标准值。

在本标准中,SI制单位的数值用括号表示。

两种单位制的数值并不完全相等,因此每种单位制必须独立使用。

两种单位制的混用可能导致与本标准的不一致。

天线罩推荐尺寸
对于 24GHz 雷达,根据经验,天线罩可以采用厚度约 3mm 的塑料材料,并与天线表面保持约 6mm 距离。 如果采用更厚的塑料材料,则必须考虑插入损耗的增加;同时,过厚的天线罩可能对天线方向 图产生影响。下图即为模块天线罩的安装示意图。

·ASTM A 182/A 182M-2006高温用锻制或轧制合金钢和不锈钢管法兰、锻制配件、阀门与部件Standard Specification forForged or Rolled Alloy and Stainless Steel Pipe Flanges,Forged Fittings,and Valve and Parts for High-TemperatureService美国材料与试验学会标准ASTM A 182/A 182M-06高温用锻制或扎制合金钢和不锈钢管法兰、锻制配件、阀门与部件1 范围*1.1 本标准2适用于压力系统用的锻制低合金钢和不锈钢管道部件,包括法兰、配件、阀门和规定尺寸或尺寸标准(如第2章中引用ASME标准)的相似零件;1.2 棒材和由棒材直接加工的产品,参照标准A 479/A 479M和A 739中适用的类似的牌号。

按照本标准制造的产品限制其最大重量为10000磅(4540千克)。

对于较大产品和其他用途的产品参照标准A 336/A 336M和A 965/A 965 M中相应铁素体与奥氏体的类似牌号;1.3 本标准中包括若干牌号的低合金钢、铁素体钢、马氏体钢、奥氏体钢和铁素体-奥氏体不锈钢。

钢牌号应根据设计和使用工况要求来选用;1.4 当要求附加试验或检查时,提出补充要求供使用。

这些补充要求仅当买方在定单中逐一规定时才使用;1.5 本标准以英寸-磅制与SI制单位表示。

然而,除非在定单中规定采用“M”标准编号(SI制单位),否则材料将以英寸-磅制单位来表示;1.6 以英寸-磅制单位或SI制单位表示的数值分别都是标准值。

在本标准中,SI制单位的数值用括号表示。

两种单位制的数值并不完全相等,因此每种单位制必须独立使用。

两种单位制的混用可能导致与本标准的不一致。

单元详解——PLANE182单元限制2维4节点结构单元有效产品MP ME ST<><><><><><>PP EDPLANE182单元说明PLANE182用于2维实体结构建模。

本单元即可用作平面单元(平面应力、平面应变或广义平面应变),也可作为轴对称单元。

本单元有四个节点,每个节点2个自由度:节点x和y方向的平移。

本单元具有塑性、超弹性、应力刚度、大变形和大应变能力。

并具有力-位移混合公式的能力,可以模拟接近不可压缩的弹塑性材料和完全不可压缩超弹性材料的变形。

单元输入数据包括4个节点,一个厚度(仅对平面应力选项)以及正交异性材料特性。
