巴基斯坦恰希玛C3、C4核主泵电机机组首台全流量实验振动超标工艺解决方案王文彬,齐淑尊,张韵曾,杨立峰,赵环宇,杜帆(哈尔滨电气动力装备有限公司,黑龙江哈尔滨150066)摘要:巴基斯坦恰希玛C3、C4核电站首台核主泵电机机组在全流量实验时振动值超出标准范围,经过研究和分析制定了复查轴系跳动,重新进行轴系动平衡并进行多种动平衡方案验证等工艺方案,经实施最终解决了振动值超标,达到了设计标准,完成了全流量实验,取得了满意的效果。

在当今国家大力电的前提下,完成电站的“心脏”一冷却的国产化,为后生产核电行必要的技术储备,为国核主国产化奠定重要的基础,促国核电事业的发展。
C3、C4轴封主泵电机机组首台首次全流量实验达到额定电机转速1490r/min时振动值达到240-260#m,超出标准要求。
振动过高的问题必须解决,这一问题对于300MW核电站主泵电机机的制造国产化至关重要,同是积累的过程。

泵轴上、下部位各有一。
油设计成6分的分瓦结构,水为石[1](2振动原因分析电机与主泵脱离后,单独运转电机振动值达到60#m,经过电机飞轮加平衡块平衡后,电机振动值降到40#m(再次联接电机与主泵,半联轴动值没有较好改善,在250#m左右。
在转速60rTm5n,120rTm5n,200rTm5n,300rTm5n速行,中部分上半联的动为0.02 m 叫中间轴上端的跳动为0. 05 mm ,中间 轴下端的跳动为0. 10 -0. 15 mm 。

只有我负镜头没有镜头负我这批老镜头实在太多了,作为一个普通玩家,即使全部拥有,也不可能在有生之年对其逐一品位,与其囫囵吞枣,不如拥有其一二。
对这些镜头,可以爱得无以复加,但如果去批判,那一定是错了。

徕卡35 用任何一台数码相机或者底片,在任何一个场合,拍摄任何一种题材的同场对比,都是有失公允的。
因为每个镜头都有自己擅长的场合,主客场的差异,本身就不公平了。
Angenieux(爱展能)35mmF2.5老镜头主要玩的是镜味,所以我认为老镜头的评测可以对比,但只能作为辅助参考,而用家的长期使用体会才是真正有意义的参考,并且这是一个比较私人的标准,每个人是有差异的。
而本文要谈的,是参考诸多玩家评论而得出的一个综合性的口碑。
1、蔡司contarex(牛眼)35mmF250年代末期,蔡司为了对抗徕卡日益成熟的旁轴系统,不惜工本,使用最好的材料,最精密的设计,制造设计出了contarex相机系统,获得了空前的口碑,唯一的确定就是贵,价格几乎是当时一台普通相机的10倍,contarex帮助蔡司回复了部分元气,不过最终仍然无法逃脱倒闭的命运,成为蔡司结业前最后的辉煌。
左边为蔡司contarex(牛眼)35mmF2Contarex俗称牛眼,牛眼35F2是系列里面比较特别的一只,因为蔡司单反广角里面,很少出现35F2这样的指标组合,而这恰恰是最重要的一个组合,因为综合使用率、光圈大小和体积来说,35F2是最佳的选择。
此镜头产量比较少,仅有3000多只,能存世使用的就更少了,所以价格不菲,万元以下是肯定买不到了,拥有的玩家请自重珍惜。

The system provides the test results as tabular data as well as in graph form. The user defines the desired temperature steps within the temperature range, fills the two LN2 reservoirs if performing sub ambient testing, and then the system automatically applies and switches the input current, measures the voltages, changes temperature, and moves the magnets all without user intervention. Once the test is finished, the temperature dependent graphs and tabular data are ready for viewing. The magnet movement is motor controlled and automated, variable temperature capability, and powerful analysis software. If notturned on, flip the switch on the back left side of the unit.2.Remove the sample holder by gently lifting up on the magnet lid until it releases fromthe main unit.3.With cables in-tact, position the sample holder on the stand, with the sample boardfacing probe-side up.4.Place sample onto center of sample board.5.Place probes onto sample contacts by pushing down on the back side of the probes.6.Remove sample holder from stand and position the sample board into the cold zoneon the main unit.7.Initially align and fit the front side of the sample holder with the body of the main unit,then gently push down the sides and the back of the sample holder so it becomesflush with the main unit all the way around.a.NOTE: this is a little tricky since it is a tight fit, but if you follow the procedure ofsetting the front side first you should be fine. REF %” is the ratio between horizontaland vertical resistance values. So, if the vertical resistance is 10ohm and thehorizontal resistance is 20ohm, the value of “CONT.REF%” is 200%. The systemwill give a “contact fail” message is “CONT.REF%” is over 1000%.3.You can alternatively do a sweep of current vs. resistance (I-R).Variable Temperature MeasurementWEAR CRYO GLOVES AND PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR FOR THIS PROCEDURE1.Fill out the Excel spreadsheet on the desktop logging your time on the system.2.For variable temperature measurements, you will need to use liquid nitrogen. A 5Ldewar is provided in the lab, which can be refilled in the AMCaT lab in Kemper.3.After loading your sample, use the small 1L dewar to pour LN2 into the internalreservoir using the funnel in the hole on the left side of the cover.4.Then, fill the LN2 tank sufficiently with LN2 and put the vented cover back on.a.To get down to 80K, you will likely need to refill both reservoirs 2-3 times as theLN2 boils off.b.You should also wait at least 5 minutes for the temperature to equilibratebefore starting measurements.plete the “Input Value” box accordingly:a.Date: automatically seterName: your choicePort: should always be COM3d.SampleName: your choicee.Temp.: set to VARIABLEf.TempDelay: delay time before measurement starts at the given set pointg.Initial & Final: initial and final temperaturesh.Step: number of measurements to take (spread evenly between initial/finaltemperatures). This will serve to dry out the sample board prior to exposing to the room.12.Prior to removing the sample, wipe down the exterior to remove the moisture. And, besure there is no more LN2 in the reservoir tank.System Shutdown1.On the software, click “STOP” and then “CLOSE”. Do NOT just click the “x” close buttonin upper right.2.Remove sample per the sample loading procedure (remember to wear gloves). If theexterior is damp, please wipe this down prior to removing from main unit.3.Re-insert the sample holder in the main unit (carefully).4.Turn off main control unit by flipping switch on the back left side.5.Note your “Time Out” and any comments regarding your measurements in the Excelspreadsheet.Page 10 of 10。
