瞬变电压抑制二极管的电气特性是由P-N结面积、掺杂浓度及晶片阻质决定的。
其耐突波电流的能力与其P-N结面积成正比。
TVS广泛应用于半导体及敏感器件的保护,通常用于二级电源和信号电路的保护,以及防静电等。
其特点为反应速度快(为ps级),体积小,脉冲功率较大,箝位电压低等。
其10/1000μs波脉冲功率从400W~30KW,脉冲峰值电流从0.52A~544A;击穿电压有从6.8V~550V的系列值,便于各种不同电压的电路使用。
