如本学期针对英语学习的四项基本技能：听、说、读、写。

我推出了人人争做小明星的竞赛项目，详细有：朗读小明星—培育他们正确的语音语调；词汇无敌星—积累丰富的词汇量；多才多艺星—训练他们制造英语的乐观性和团队合作的力量；诗歌天王星—培育他们学英语、说英语的爱好。

他们通过自己的努力，在单项竞赛中这些同学心里布满成就感，更自信，也就更喜爱英语了。

在英语课堂中我采纳多样化活动教学，效果很好。

所谓多样化活动教学就是把小故事，歌曲，笑话，竞赛等融入到课堂中，激发同学的求知欲，活跃课堂气氛，使英语课真正活起来。

俗话说"爱好是最好的老师"，这一点在英语教学中尤为重要。

首先在课前，我是以歌曲导入。

在英语课堂教学中，歌曲是必不行少的。

针对孩子们天生活泼好动的性格，用英语歌曲导入，组织课堂教学，效果很好。

对于低班级的同学来说，他们爱表演，所以我给每首歌都编了简洁的动作，例如"Please，stand up."（动作示范）等等，尽管有些动作很简洁，但是同学却很乐于参加。

我也曾让他们依据歌曲的意思自己编动作，孩子们更是喜爱，甚至有些孩子编的动作比我编的还要好。

对于低班级的同学来说，他们活泼好动，利用英文歌曲，加上简洁的动作就可以形成较好的课堂组织教学形式了。

2、教师应明确合作学习的任务。

刚展开小组合作学习时，在课堂上常会出现学生因不清楚要干什么而而产生混乱。

因此，每次展开小组合作学习之前，教师首先要提出明确的任务和要求，让学生围绕某一主题展开合作。

教师所提的要求要有梯度，由易到难，由简单到复杂。

3、引进竞争机制和激励性评价。

小组合作学习对于组内成员来说，是他们之间的合作，但对于组与组之间来说，还必须有竞争。

只有建立“组内是合作，组间有竞争”的机制，才能更好地发挥合作学习的功效。

对于表现好的小组或稍微有点进步的后进生，教师要及时给予鼓励和表扬，激发他们参与合作学习的热情。

4、注意培养学生的合作意识与合作能力。

合作学习被引进英语课堂教学，究其原因也是为了适应社会对人才的需要，适应英语这门语言学习的需要。

学生在课堂学习中掌握了合作技巧，除了可以提高英语学习的效率之外，还可以增强他们与人交往的能力。

同时，他上交作业的次数也逐渐多了，特别是抄抄写写的，他都能按时交上来，虽然不太端正，但都在慢慢进步中。

只是对于要动脑筋的题目总是乱做一通交上来。

总而言之还是犯懒惰病。

我也不把他叫到办公室来狠批一顿。

而是每次仍然认认真真地去批改他的作业并写上继续加油！每当作业本发下去，我也会注意他翻开作业本时的表情，有一种不可置信，应该是想：我写成这样，老师居然还给我批，可能还有的是一种羞愧。

这也让我看到了一丝希望。

慢慢地他也不乱做了，做不出的还会跑过来问我，我也帮他找了位小老师，时刻帮助他。

而对于我的批评他也不再是一脸的不服气，而是会点点头，沉默以对，我知道在他心里很清楚接下去自己该怎么做。

某周，鄙人上课，见张三同学经常看着我摆头。

开始，以为自己脸上有瑕疵，不自觉摸了又摸自己的脸，惹得讲台下同学不解的看着我发笑。

继续上课，张同学仍继续看我摆头。

以为自己衣冠有甚不雅。

手足无措地自己看看自己，台下皆莫名奇妙。

我以为该同学自己开思想小差，遂叫他起来回答问题。

他却对答如流。

坐回座位听课仍频频对我摆头，甚是让人感觉纳闷。

连续几节课如此，以为该生患了什么怪病。

关心下学生身体吧。

我找张同学来：“近来你的身体怎么啦？老是摆头？要不要去看看医生？”
张同学笑着回答我：“英语老师，你不是说印度和尼泊尔这些国家的人们点头表示“No”，而摆头表示“Yes”么”
我说：“是呀。

”
他接着说：“我身体没有毛病。
