It consists of a frame with wheels and swivel casters supporting a mechanism that actuates a pivoting lift arm equipped with a saddle. It is designed for use by professional auto mechanics.***owner/uSer reSponSibiliTyThe owner and/or user must have an understanding of the manufacturer’s operating instructions and warnings before using this jack. Personnel involved in the use and operation of equipment shall be careful, competent, trained, and qualified in the safe operation of the equipment and its proper use when servicing motor vehicles and their components. Warning information should be emphasized and understood. If the operator is not fluent in English, the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings shall be read to and discussed with the operator in the operator’s native language by the purchaser/owner, making sure that the operator comprehends its contents.Owner and/or user must study and maintain for future reference the manufacturer’s instructions and pertinent warning information. Owner and/or user is responsible for keeping all warning labels and instruction manuals legible and intact. Replacement labels and literature are available from the manufacturer.inSpecTionVisual inspection should be made before each use of the jack, checking for leaking hydraulic fluid and damaged, loose or missing parts. Each jack must be inspected by a manufacturer’s repair facility immediately, if subjected to an abnormal load or shock. Any jack which appears to be damaged in any way, is found to be badly worn, or operates abnormally MUST BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE until necessary repairs are made by a manufacturer’s authorized repair facility. It is recommended that an annual inspection of the jack be made by a manufacturer’s authorized repair facility and that any defective parts, decals or warning labels be replaced with manufacturer’s specified parts. A list of authorized repair facilities is available from the manufacturer.OPERATIONIMPORTANT: Before attempting to raise a vehicle, check vehicle service manual for recommended lifting surfaces.1. To raise load: Close release valve tightly (by turning handle clockwise). DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Position jack under load so that saddle will contact load firmly and load is centered so it cannot slip. Operate jack handle until saddle approaches the load. Once again check to see that saddle is correctly positioned. Raise load to desired height. Place jack stands of appropriate capacity under the vehicle. DO NOT CRAWL UNDER VEHICLE WHILE LIFTING VEHICLE OR PLACING OR REMOVING JACK STANDS! Place jack stands at vehicle manufacturer's recommended lift areas that provide stable support for the raised vehicle.2. To lower load: Open release valve VERY SLOWLY (by turning handle counterclockwise). When release valve is opened, saddle and load will be lowered. Lower the vehicle slowly so as not to shock load the jack stands. Once repairs are completed, raise vehicle enough to remove jack stands. Lower vehicle very slowly.CAUTION: Keep hands or feet away from the hinge mechanism of the jack.hydraulic JacK mainTenanceIMPORTANT: Service jacks are designed for lifting purposes only; always support raised load with jack stands.regular mainTenance• Monthly or as necessary (depending on usage)1. Do not remove or bypass the ground pin on the end of the AC cord. This may cause radio frequency interference (RFI) to be introduced into your playback system. The ventilation grids on the top and bottom of the S-350 must be unobstructed at all times during operation. Do not place flammable material on top of or beneath the component.Turn off all systems' power before connecting the S-350 to any component. Make sure all cable terminations are of the highest quality, free from frayed ends, short circuits, or cold solder joints. Caution: Visible and invisible laser radiation. When the cover is open, avoid exposure to beam. This unit employs a laser. To prevent possible eye injury, only a qualified service person should remove the cover or attempt to service this device. Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.THERE ARE NO USER-SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE ANY KRELL PRODUCT.1.Open the shipping box and remove the top layer of foam. You see these items:2.Grasp the underside of the foam end-caps that encase the S-350 and lift it straight out of the shipping box.3.Place the S-350 in a safe location and remove the protective plastic wrapping.Place the S-350 on a firm, level surface, away from excessive heat, humidity, andmoisture. The S-350 requires at least two inches (5 cm) of clearance on each side and at least two inches (5 cm) of clearance above and below the component to provide adequate ventilation. Installations inside cabinetry may need extra ventilation. Do not place the S-350 near hum sensitive components such as preamplifier phono stages or turntables. Although the S-350 is well shielded, placing it near these components could create interference and cause hum.The S-350 has superb regulation and does not require a dedicated AC circuit. Avoid connections through extension cords or multiple AC adapters. Highquality 15 amp grounded AC strips are acceptable. High quality AC line conditioners may be used if they are grounded and meet or exceed the unit's power supply rating of 50V A.WARNINGSKrell S-350 1UnpackingKrell Industries, LLC., 45 Connair Road,Orange, CT 06477-3650 USA TEL 203-799-9954, FAX 203-891-2028, E-MAIL *********************WEB SITE Connecting the S-350 to Your SystemFollow these steps to connect the S-350 to your system.1.Make sure all power sources and components are off before connecting inputs and outputs.2.Neatly organize the wiring between the S-350 and all system components.Separate AC wires from audio cables to prevent hum or other unwanted noises from being introduced into the system.3.Balanced outputs use three-pin XLR connectors. Main Parts Structure and Working Principle3.1 Main Parts StructureSE350 casing elevator/spider mainly involves housing assembly (include house, active hinged pin, etc.), balance beam assembly, spider assembly (include slips, inserts, etc.), air line assembly (include control valve), air cylinder parts and manual socket. 3.2 Working principleOperating reversing valve will activate air cylinders to raise or lower the slips. The slips are suspended on two inter-locking leveling beams that are driven by four air cylinders. This feature allows the slips to operate in synchronization in both the set and raised positions, while permitting the cylinders to work together so no one cylinder overrides any other, causing misalignment and binding. A manual override system is also provided in theevent of a temporary loss of rig air pressure.A G1/2” filter-regulator (to be prepared by user) will regulate and filter the rig air and send it to the lubricator (mounted on the Elevator and Spider) to add a small amount of oil mist to lubricate the four drive cylinders. The air from the lubricator is sent to the control valve that operates the leveling beams. As directed by the control lever, the air cylinders will raise or lower the slips attached to the leveling beam.4. Installation4.1 Prepare a G1/2” filter-regulator and a tee joint.4.2 Refer to Table 1 and check slips, inserts, bell guide and to guide for meeting the casing size to handle. And ensure all the parts are fixed correctly in place. Refer to Fig.1 and Fig.3 for installation.Regulator-Filter attached to rig air resource4.3 Installing spiderThe spider should be set on master bushing, and fastened by anchor chain. If opening of rotary table is less than 20 1/2” I.D., (with bushing removed), it is needed to install the adaptor plate on the top of rotary table.4.4 Installing elevatorAttach links to two ears of Elevator and secure with bolts.4.5 Connecting Air Lines4.5.1 Mount regulator-filter at a location on derrick. Connect air-in end with air source and the air-out end with a tee joint, which will connect Elevator and Spider respectively.4.5.2 Attach a 50 foot long, 1/2” air line between Elevator and the Stand Pipe located 45 feet above the rig floor, near the derrick stabbing board. Both ends of air lines are quick disconnecting type.4.5.3 Attach a 25 foot 1/2” air line between Spider and regulator-filter.4.5.4 Attach rig air line to regulator-filter and adjust regulator to 0.7-0.8MPa.Note: If the regulator-filter will not remain permanently with rig, use two 50 foot air lines. Tie one 50 foot section of hose 45 feet above floor near casing stabber. Attach second section of hose to first hose with the other end to Elevator.4.6 Removing and Replacing Slip Segments4.6.1 Removing Slip Segments-Fig.4a. Power the slip segments to the up position.b. Connect an overhead lifthook into slip segment lifting ring. With the weight off the removelynch pin.c. Remove link pin.d. Remove a single slipsegment.e. Operation Instructions5.1 OperationThe Elevator and Spider operation is controlled by a lever operated, controlvalve located on the body of each unit. (Fig.6)5.1.1 Moving the lever to the up position raises the slips.5.1.2 Moving the lever to fully down position sets the slips. If an air pressure failure should happen, the slip segments can be operated manually, as follows:a. Place a 5 foot pry bar into manual lift lever.b. Push down on pry bar and move the control lever handle to the up position. This moves the latch plate under the leveling beam to hold slips in the up position.c. To set slips (lower slips) push control lever handle down.5.2 Attentions for operation5.2.1 Only operate the Elevator/Spider when pipe to handlecompletely stops, or it will get stuck.5.2.2 It is necessary to use backup casing tong during making-up or breaking-out. As the Elevator/Spider do not have the function of anti-torque. 5.2.3 Remember to secure the spider with anchor chain and make spider center identical with wellhead center.5.2.4 Lowering speed should be very slow when casing coupling going through Elevator/Spider inside.5.2.5 Add fluid oil after every 50 joint casing run. If sticking of slips happens in the house body, inject fluid oil between house body and slips. (Fluid oil may bring away impurities.)6. LubricationLubricate after every 50 joint casing run and more frequently if necessary to prevent slips from sticking in the Elevator or Spider Body. To lubricate properly the slips should be in the set position without any casing load on unit.Table 2No.Item Number ofLube Point Application Lube Cycle1Bowl/Slip Surfaces16Multi-PurposeWaterless GreaseSee Note Below2Cylinder Assemblies 4Multi-PurposeWaterless GreaseBefore EachJob3Hinge Pins2Multi-PurposeWaterless GreaseBefore EachJob4Flow Control Valve2Multi-purposeWaterless GreaseWeekly5Link Pins8SAE 10 oil Weekly 7. SMS 4 SMS 5安全门板产品介绍说明书
SMS 4 / SMS 5 safety mat Product informationSafety mats are used forthe protection of man on machinery and plants with hazardous movements. Typical fields of application are, for instance, the protection of hazardous areas and surfaces on wood-processing machines, scissor lifts or punching presses. The safety mats build a uniplanar safety device, which detects the presenceof persons. If a person steps onto the safety mat, the connected safety-monitoring module will immediately stop the hazardous movement. The safety mats can be connected in line with each other in order to provide for a smooth and fast protection of hazardous areas. To this end, different standard sizes are available. Futhermore, special sizes or special shapes can be realized upon request. The SMS 4 series is connec-ted to the floor by meansof an aluminium profile and special corner sections. As a result of the beveled form of the profile, tripping hazards are avoided. The aluminium profile additionally serves as edge protection, when fork-lift trucks or other floor conveyors drive over the safety mats.In the SMS 5 series, the po-lyurethane actuating profile is directly moulded to the active surface of the safety mat.The safety mats are characterized by their very robust design and high resistance to acids, caustic solutions, oil and gasoline. In combination withthe SRB 301HC/R or SRB 301HC/T safety-monitoring modules, the safety mats meet the requirements of control category 3 to EN 954-1.SMS 4 / SMS 5 safety mats2Safety distanceThe proper arrangement of the safety mat with regard to the adjacent hazardous area mainly depends on the after-travel time of the machine and the approaching speed of the operator. The standard EN 999 (Safety of Machinery, Approaching Speed ofBody Members) provides a formula to calculate the safety distance for this connection.Safety distanceS = K x (T1 +T2) + (1200 - 0,4 H)S M inimum safety distance in millimetres, measured fromthe hazardous area to thedetection point, the detec-tion line or the protectedfieldK C onstant in millimetres per second, derived from datathrough the approachingspeed of the body or thebody member (1600 mm/s)H D istance through the refe-rence plane (e.g. the floor)in millimetres (for safetymats generally 0 mm)T1 t he maximum responsetime of the safety devicebetween the triggering ofthe perceptive element (thesafety mat) and the time,at which the safety guard(safety-monitoring module)has switched the outputsignal to the "OFF" state.T2 t he response time of themachine, i.e. the timerequired to shutdown themachine or to eliminate therisk, after the transmissionof the output signal of thesafety guardT he safety distance there-fore generally can be calcu-lated in the following way:S = 1600 mm/s x (T1 +T2) +1200 mmExample:The safety distance must becalculated with a responsetime of 142.5 ms for the ma-chine and a response time of45 ms for the safety guard. The safety mat is installed atground level.S = 1600 mm/s x (0.045 s +0.1425 s) + 1200 mmS = 1600 mm/s x (0.1875 s)+ 1200 mmS = 300 mm + 1200 mmS = 1500 mmCalculation of the safety distance to the danger point3Safety mats• Certified to EN 1760-1• Control category 3 to EN 954-1 in combination with safety-monitoring module SRB 301HC/R• Response time max. 25 ms• Robust design• High resistance to chemicals• Slip-free surface• Cascading possible• Special sizes and shapes available on request• No additional terminating resistor required • Aluminium frame and corner sections availableLegend:A: active surface • Certified to EN 1760-1• Control category 3 to EN 954-1 in combination with safety-monitoring module SRB 301HC/R• Response time max. 25 ms• Robust design• High resistance to chemicals• Slip-free surface• Cascading possible• Special sizes and shapes available on request• No additional terminating resistor required • With moulded ramp profileLegend:A: active surfaceTotal size = A + 2 x 35 mmApprovals F Approvals FOrdering details Ordering detailsSMS 4-➀No. Option Description➀Active surface 250-500250 x 500 mm500-500500 x 500 mm500-1000500 x 1000 mm750-1000750 x 1000 mm1000-10001000 x 1000 mm1000-15001000 x 1500 mm SMS 5-➀No. Option Description➀Active surface250-500250 x 500 mm500-500500 x 500 mm500-1000500 x 1000 mm750-1000750 x 1000 mm1000-10001000 x 1000 mm1000-15001000 x 1500 mmStandards: EN 1760-1Control category: 3 to EN 954-1Surface material: polyurethane, blackProtection class: IP 65 to EN 60529Ambient temperature: 0° C ……60°CFitting height: 14 mmWeight: 17 Kg / m2Actuating force: 150Nwith round body ø 80mmCable: 4 x 0.34 mm2 SMS42 pc. 2 x 0.34 mm2 SMS 5Cable length: 6mResponse time: ≤ 25 msMechanical life: >1.5 million operationsAdmissible load: 2000 N / 80 mm øInactive edge ≤ 10mmNoteChemical resistance:Water : Good10% acids: Resistant10% caustic solutions: ResistantOils: ResistantG asoline: ResistantOther on requestin preparationin preparation4SMS 4 safety mats accessoriesOrdering detailsFixing rail3000 mm long SMS 4-BS-3000Ordering detailsCorner section (1 pc) SMS 4-EVOrdering detailsRamp rail3000 mm long SMS 4-RS 3000Trim kits(Includes ramp rail and corner sections)250x500 mm SMS 4-RS 250-500500x500 mm SMS 4-RS 500-500500x1000 mm SMS 4-RS 500-1000750x1000 mm SMS 4-RS 750-10001000x1000 mm SMS 4-RS 1000-10001000x1500 mm SMS 4-RS 1000-150056Standards:IEC/EN 60204-1, IEC/EN 60947-5-1, EN 954-1, BG-GS-ET-20Classification to EN 954-1: control category 4Start conditions:automatic or start button (optionally monitored)With feedback circuit (Y/N): yes ON delay with reset button:≤ 50 ms Drop-out delay on "emergency stop": ≤ 20 ms Drop-out delay on "supply failure": ≤ 100 msRated operating voltage U e : 48-240 VAC; What to Look for in a Job Posting
1. Name of company, position title, field: 2. Primary needs of company as stated: 3. Any implied needs: 4. Immediate priorities of company: 5. Job responsibilities: 6. Expectations of employer: 7. What do you think the personal qualities or traits of a successful applicant would be? 8. What experiences do you have that are in the field and/or represent similar responsibilities, personality traits, or priorities?
Some Common Terms in Job Postings
PROFICIENCY REQUIRED Besides the generic traits that employers like to see in applicants for any position, job advertisements will make statements about specific skills related to a specific job. It seems that the most favorite description to use is "proficiency in". Other popular descriptors are "command of" and "working knowledge of". These phrases might be used to describe understanding of software, industry expertise, etc. They all mean the same thing, but many people don't realize what that is. Whenever you see specific skill requirements and wonder whether or not you meet them, consider these issues: Being proficient means being comfortable using something on a day-to-day basis and being able to answer simple questions about it. When it comes to languages, there is a difference between being fluent and understanding most things. There is no shame in saying you have a "conversational" understanding. Certain skills have official certifications. If you have an official certification, be sure it is on your resume. If the same skills continue to pop-up in job postings, it may be time for you to acquire them.
Brainstorming: Finding Applicable Skills
Think about the particular field you are planning on applying for a job in.
Start with organizational skills. Think about a project you have done in class or for a club in either high school or college. How would you describe it for an employer? How could you stress teamwork and ability to work to deadline? Next, think about Proficiency. For your field, what proficiencies will they expect? What classes have you taken and projects have you done that would be important for your employer to know? Finally, think about experience. Assume you want to apply for a job that asks for a few years of experience that you do NOT have. What experience, either in a class project, at a part time job, or for a club or organization could you relate to the actual job?

ORGANIZATION SKILLS REQUIRED Anytime a job advertisement makes a point to mention "organizational skills" or "communication skills", the employer actually wants to know three things: do you get the job done on time, do you do the job correctly, and do you work well in teams. Be sure to incorporate your ability to work with deadlines and work on team projects into your resume. Your resume creates the first image an employer will have of you. That image must be what the employer is looking for. Employers love multi-tasking. Convey the fact that you had many responsibilities at previous jobs, and you always succeeded. Don't beat around the bush. Explicit examples are always good. If they do not fit in your resume, work them into your cover letter. Otherwise, be sure to mention them in your interview.
Brainstorming: Finding Applicable Skills
When you apply for your first job, you often don’t have the exact skill set they are looking for. So it is important to think about what experiences you can use from your life to show the potential employer you have what it takes.

One last question:
Which of these fields (organization, proficiency, experience) do you most need to work on before you apply for a job? Realistically, what might you do in the next few years?

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The single most common requirement stated in job advertisements is experience. Some positions require no experience at all, while others might require 1-2 years of experience, while the most senior positions might require 10 or more years of experience! These numbers can be very intimidating, but the right approach can make a difference. When thinking about the experience required by a job, consider these three options: Tailor your resume to fit the job description. If an advertisement says that a position requires 3 years of experience in sales, make sure your resume highlights the fact that you have 3 years of experience in sales Work experience is NOT just typical jobs. Internships, volunteer work, and clubs are all valid forms of experience. Any learning opportunity is considered work experience. Not meeting experience requirements does not take you out of the running. More than anything, companies want good employees. Between your resume and your cover letter, if you can persuade a company to think you are diligent and quick to learn new skills, you have a good shot at the job.
