4.1 真空灌注工艺维修方案/Infusion Process
真空灌注工艺适用于维修面积较大、层数较多、对产品外观有较大影响、关键部件出现的缺陷和影响合模粘接界面的区域等的维修,具体操作要求如下:
Vacuum infusion process repaire apply to the defect which refer to larger defective area ,higher-rise layers and greater influence of product Configuration ,critical components ,bonding zone. Detailed requirements are as follows:
4.1.1维修流程/Repaire Flow Diagram
4.1.2主要流程工序/Primary Process Flow
4.1.2.1缺陷去除/Defect Removing
使用角磨机等工具将缺陷区域磨开,以去除缺陷。
打磨遵循最小打磨原则。
缺陷现场打磨由具备相应资质的QI 现场指导,特殊情况时可以通知质量工程师或者工艺工程师现场指导打磨。
Grind the defects with machines and tools to confirm the severity degree. The grinding should remove the entire defects and follow minor repair principle. Defects shall be grinded under the guidance of qualified quality stuffs or technolotist on site.
4.1.2.2 错层打磨/Stagger Grinding
根据缺陷维修方案要求,对打磨区域使用水性记号笔画线。
完毕后使用角磨机配40~60目砂纸对缺陷区域进行错层打磨,打磨按照由内向外原则进行打磨。
According to the requirements of the repairesolution , draw a line of defect region, grind stagger defect area with 40~60 gritsandpaper. The principle of grinding should from center to outside .
4.1.2.3 表面清理/Surface Cleam
采用真空吸尘设备清理打磨区域表面粉尘。
Use vacuum cleaning equipment to clean dust in the grinded area.
4.1.2.4 主材铺层/Lay-up Primary Materials
根据维修方案要求准备对应规格型号和尺寸的纤维布和芯材,并按照方案要求
进行铺设。
Glass and core materials specification and position on the repair area with corresponding accurate to the repaire plan.
4.1.2.5 流道铺设/Infusion System Layup
按维修方案中具体的辅材及流道布置指导说明铺设真空胶带、脱模布、多孔膜、吸胶毡导流网,包覆至少双层真空膜。
当维修方案未说明时,按照如下原则进
行辅材铺放:
Layup the tacky tape 、peel ply、pinhole film、 breathing catton、flow mesh, wrap 2 layers vacuum films. The prinmary principle of infusion system as follows:
(1) 真空胶带铺设距离最外侧纤维布层100mm 以上。
The distance between the tacky tape ande fiber outteredge greater-than
100mm;
(2) 多孔膜原则上只铺放导流网下方,边缘超出导流网边缘20-30mm,多孔膜
搭接宽度≤10mm。
Pinhole film below the flew mesh and exceeds the flow mesh for 20-30 mm,the width of overlap ≤10 mm
(3) 吸胶毡作为导气通道,尽量铺设在流道对立面,不与布层接触,连接到抽气口上。
布层与吸胶毡通道通过吸胶毡搭条连接,吸胶毡搭条间距约在0.5-1m,
且分布均匀。
The breathing catton cover the vacuum ports is located on the opposite of the channel what could be the vacumm medium and connot touch the layers. Theuniform distribution breathing catton bridge connect the fiber layers and breathing catton channel, the space between the bridge is 0.5-1m.
(4) 导流网铺设,距离铺层四周约为100±20mm,若为后缘梁维修时,由于宽
度所限,在弦长方向距离布层终点适当缩小间距,但最小间距需≥30mm。
Flow mesh layup : 100±20mm from the layers edge. When repair TE-UD,subject to the width ,the distance of the layers, end in the chordwise should be properly shrink to 30 at least.
(5) 流道布置,在轴向方向,距离铺层起点和终点≥100mm,注胶口居中放置。
在弦长方向原则上若需要维修区域宽度≤800mm,则选择从单边灌注,对立边
抽气;若维修区域宽度>800mm,则选择居中铺放流道,在弦长方向,两边同
时布置抽气通道。
Flow channel layup :inspanwise, 100 mm from the start anf end of fiber at least. The injection port stand in the middle. In principle, if the defect area
width ≤800mm in spanwise , infusion from one side, otherwise put the channel in the middle and layup pumping medium on both side.
(6)脱模布覆盖整个维修区域,若为了不影响邻近区域的表面干净卫生,尽量在有胶液达到的区域,均覆盖上脱模布。
Cover the whole repair area with peel ply. In order to keep clean of surroundings , cover all area resin infusioned with peel ply.
(7)布置真空抽气系统,抽气口原则上要均匀布置,且数量不少于2 个,间
距以1.5-3m 为宜。
可根据维修区域长度适当增加抽气口。
抽气口根据流道布
置原则,单边灌注时选择对立边布置,中间灌注时,选择两边均匀布置抽气口。
抽气管道连接到真空泵上,为防止抽气管道进胶返到真空泵内,抽气管道可以
先连接到溢流桶,再通过溢流桶连接到真空泵上。
Vacuum system layup :more than 2 vacuum ports should be uniform distributed. The distance between 2 ports shold be 1.5-3m. the vacuum ports could properly added accord to the repair area length.According to flow channel layup principle, when infusion from one side,exhaust air from the opposite side; when infusion from middle , exhaust air from both side. The vacuum tube joint to the vacuum pump. In order to prevent resin exhaust into the pump ,the vacuum tube should connect overflow bucket first,and joint to
the vacuum pump second.
4.1.2.6 真空检验及灌注/Check Vacuum and Infusion
1)至少布置双层真空膜,抽二保一,若一二真空均无法保住真空的情况下,确认由于粘接界面的特殊情况,可采取包覆第三真空膜,增大包真空面积。
将压力降低至5kPa 以下,以保压5 分钟真空降值≤1kPa 为合格。
Wrappe two layersvacuum film at least,if the second vacuum bag cannot maintain the vacuum pressure then add the third vacuum film to rise the vacuum area after confirm the particularity of the adhesive surface . when the vacuum pressure value lower than 5KPa.Vacuum decrease value≤1KPa during 5 minutes of pressure maintaining is acceptable.
2)树脂与固化剂配比合格后,进行出胶。
灌注树脂比例测试和出胶参见《FNWPB-EM-SOP-SB(GE)-01 移动灌注树脂机操作规程》。
Test the resin radio before glue The radio and glue refer to 《FNWPB-EM-SOP-SB(GE)-01SOP for Mobile RIM Resin Mix Machine》.
灌注至整个维修区域织物被环氧树脂完全浸润。
关闭注胶管,保持真空泵一直处于抽气状态直至固化完成。
When the whole area fiber are fully saturated with resin, infusion is completed. Turn off valve,keep pump working all along until finish curing.
4.1.2.7 固化/Curing
使用电热毯或者其他合适的加热设备对维修区域进行加热,加温要求为70℃保持5h;记录固化曲线(或填写固化记录),作为维修记录的一部分。
对于未进行后固化前的维修,维修区域可以先预固化,使得维修区域表面硬化,完毕后与叶片一起后固化。
为了保证修补区域的固化质量,需要测试树脂Tg 。
对于叶片维修区域有Tg 值要求的,若检验不合格,此叶片不得出厂。
Use electric blanketor other appropriate equipments toheat the repair area, the curing cycle is 70℃ and continue 5h, record the curing curve(or fillout curing record ) as a part of the repair record. The pre-curing repair
work,,make the repair area harden first and post curing with blade. Ensuring repairequality ,Tg must be tested required until qualified.
4.2 手糊真空袋压工艺/Hand-layup Vacuum Bag Molding Process
对外形尺寸要求较高,层数小于等于5 层的缺陷,原则上采用手糊真空袋压工艺。
Hand-layup vacuum bag molding process is executed when demang higher configuration size or the defect less than 5 layers in principle.
4.2.1 维修流程/Repaire Flow Diagram

4.2.2.4 玻纤织物准备/Prepare the Glass Fiber Fabric
根据NCR 的玻纤布规格和尺寸要求准备对应型号和尺寸的玻纤布。
Prepare the glass fibre fabric with right specification and dimensions according to the repaire plan in NCR.
4.2.2.5 手糊树脂混合/Mixing of Hand Lay-up Resin & Curing Regent
1)树脂比例测试方法参见《FNWPB-EM-SOP-SB(GE)-02-移动手糊树脂机操作规程》。
Refer《FNWPB-EM-SOP-SB(GE)-02-mobile hand lay-up resin standard operation process》to mix the resin and curing agent.
2)比例测试合格后可以出胶,参见《FNWPB-EM-SOP-SB(GE)-02-移动手糊树脂机操作规程》。
The glue conuld be used after radio test.refer to 《FNWPB-EM-SOP-SB(GE)-02-SOP for Mobile HLU Resin Mix Machine》
4.2.2.6 玻璃纤维织物糊制/Hand Layup Glass Fiber
1)首先使树脂浸润纤维束的整个表面,然后使纤维束内部的空气完全被树脂所取代。
在铺第1、2 层时,树脂含量要适当增多,保证第1、2 层纤维织物完全浸透树脂并紧密贴合,同时有利于排出气泡。
Soaking the whole glass fiber budle with glue and eliminate aibubble. Put more resin when layup the 1and 2 layers to make sure glue soaking the fiber totally and make the both surface faying which good for eliminate air bubble.
2)使用铝辊工具将每一层纤维织物刷平、压紧,使之紧密贴合,并注意排除气泡,使纤维织物充分浸渍,不得将两层或两层以上的纤维织物同时铺放。
如此重复上述操作,直到按照NCR 方案要求将所有玻纤布铺设完毕。
Use an Al roller compress each layer smoothly and fit tightlywithout bubble. Make fiber fully wetting, layup fibers layer-by-layer. Repeat the operation until get the appoint thickness.
4.2.2.7 真空袋压/Vacuum Bag Molding
手糊完毕后在玻纤布上贴一层脱模布,并在维修区域四周提前贴好密封胶带用真空膜密封维修区域,布置好抽真空辅材及抽真空系统,保持真空度低于-
0.080MPa 以下,且真空泵一直处于抽气状态,直至固化完成。
Putting one layer peel ply on the hand layup layers after hand layup. Put tacky tape around repair area and seal it with vacuum film. Arrange the vacuum auxiliary materials and pumping system, keep vacuum value below than -
0.080MPa and open the vacuum pump until finish curing.
在辅材铺放时,按照如下步骤执行:
Do the following procedures when layup auxiliary materials
(1)将脱模布覆盖整个维修区域
Cover the whole repaire surface with peel ply
(2)吸胶毡作为导气通道,围绕铺设在维修区域一周,不与布层接触,连接到抽气口上。
The breathing catton cover the vacuum ports what the vacumm medium and connot touch the layers. The breatingcatton surround the repaire area.
(3)在脱模布上铺设一层干净真空膜,然后在真空膜上放一条“Z”字形吸胶毡导气。
Put one clean vacuum film layer on the peel ply and lay the breathing catton on the vacuum film in zigzag way.
(4)布置真空抽气系统,抽气口原则上要均匀布置,且数量不少于2 个。
可根据维修长度适当增加抽气口。
抽气管道连接到真空泵上,为防止抽气管道进胶返到真空泵内,抽气管道可以先连接到溢流桶,再通过溢流桶连接到真空泵上。
vacuum system layup : more than 2 vacuum ports should be uniform distributed. The
distance between 2 ports shold be 1.5-3m. the vacuum ports could properly added accord to the repair area length. The vacuum tube joint to the vacuum
pump. In order to prevent resin exhaust into the pump ,the vacuum tube
should connect overflow bucket first,and joint to the vacuum pump secong.
(5)在距离维修区域四周约100mm 铺设一圈真空胶带。
使用一块合适尺寸的
真空膜将缺陷区域密封;
Put tacky tape exceed the defect area edge nearly 100 mm seal it with a suitable size vacuum film.
6)打开真空泵开始抽气,使得真空泵上的真空表压力须达到-90kPa 以下。
Open the vacuum pump to bleed air until the vacuum value under -90KPa.
4.2.2.8 固化/Curing
以上环氧体系灌注树脂固化条件为65℃以上保温3h,并记录固化曲线(或填
写固化记录),作为维修记录的一部分。
The resin system above table curing process is heat preservation exceed 65℃and continue 3h, record the curing curve(or fillout curing record ) as a part of the repaire record.
4.3 手糊工艺维修方案/ Hand Layup Process
符合轻微缺陷维修(参见《FNWPB(GE)-QC-GD02-GE50.2E 叶片缺陷接受标准》)标准的可以使用手糊工艺维修
Hand-layup molding process is executed to minor defective refer to
《FNWPB(GE)-QC-GD02-GE50.2E Acceptability Limit for WIND TURBINE BLADES OF GE》.
