FUJITSU磁阵安装配置工程指导手册ETERNUS4000 M300 M500一、硬件安装部分存储安装手册的准备请在安装ETERNUS4000 M300和M500存储设备前,把本手册准备好,然后按照本手册的步骤进行安装操作。
Eternus4000存储外观介绍一、ETERNUS 4000系列M300&M500机型安装前需要确认的事项:电源容量和设备电源插头数量都需要提前计算,然后和客户沟通后准备好。
电源容量请按照以下估算:M300: CE 640W(MAX) DE 400W(每DE柜MAX) PSE 30WM500: CE 640W(MAX) DE 400W(每DE柜MAX) PSE 30W注:文中CE是指包含控制器的机柜,DE是指只包含硬盘的机柜。
存储设备的实际容量请按照实际所配CE,DE和PSE数量来换算即可。
如果安装在非富士通机柜中,请按以下重量考虑适用的机柜:CE: 50KGDE: 45KGPSE: 60KG存储设备电源插头数量请按照以下原则准备:每个CE或者DE都需两根电源线存储设备所需电源插头数量请按照实际所配CE和DE数量来换算即可。
工具的准备请在设备安装前,准备好以下工具。
FST (CE Terminal)请准备好控制终端或笔记本FST以便访问存储设备。
交叉线需要准备交叉线一条用于FST对存储设备的访问配置。
设备上机架工具由于存储设备都需要安装在机架上,请准备好螺丝刀等上机架常用工具。
设备开箱和外观检查在设备拆开包装后,进行以下的外观检查:1.去除设备上的塑料外罩,检查下列各项:(1)表面是否损坏或比较脏;(2)设备上的螺丝是否松动;(3)在设备接头上是否有损坏;(4)设备接头上是否松动;(5)设备上的开关是否正常。
2.检查设备包装中是否有钥匙,请妥善保存。
如果发现外观损坏,请联系工程负责人员检查设备部件和附件在设备拆开包装后,请按照清单检查部件和附件是否齐全。
检查设备输入电源存储设备输入电源如下:M300电压: AC200V-AC240VM500电压: AC200V-AC240V请用万用表检查设备输入电源是否接地,所需电压是否满足要求。

2.集成深度选择 目前,信息集成、适度集成、深度集成方案在国内城轨交通工程中 均有运用,其方案比较如表2所示。
信息集成方案 信息集成就是保留目前各系统的分立局面, 利用各系统提供的开放式数据接口,增加相应的 数据收集、存储、分发和处理系统,实现信息共 享和系统间的快速指挥。如南京地铁2号线采用 信息集成方案,暂考虑只监视不控制。 部分浅集成方案 该方案对部分软硬件平台接近的系统进行集 成,其优点是技术成熟、容易实施、工程投资增 加不大。该方案以满足各集成系统的正常功能 为主,但由于集成的范围有限,对提高地铁系统整 体运营操作方便效果不大。如重庆轻轨的FAS、 BAS系统,深圳地铁一期工程的FAS+机电设备监 控系统(EMCS)+SCADA都可以看做这种集成方 式。

6. 直线的调整:1.dpk510 根据所选的纸张类型,正确地装上单页或连页打印纸。
2. 进入设置模式。
关闭打印机,按住【装纸/卸纸】键的同时,打开打印机电源,直至发出蜂鸣声。
等打印机打印完毕后,检查下述<<功能>>菜单是否已经打印出来:保存退出菜单硬件调整配置缺省值清单自检十六进制正逆调整3. 选择[正逆调整]功能。
反复按【换行/换页】键将导纸板停在[正逆调整]上,再按【压缩】或【装纸/卸纸】键。
打印机开始打印。
4. 按一下【换行/换页】键,打印头向左修正0.03mm。
5. 按一下【压缩】键,打印头向右修正0.03mm。
6. 在打印过程中,按【装纸/卸纸】键,则进行标准打印、高速打印和草稿打印的循环切换。
7. 按【联机】键,结束调整并保存修正。
