And I would take a chance to visit Egypt, to feel the Ramses atmosphere with my own passion and understanding, to follow the steps of the lords and slaves, and to live the history. And I would shape myself into a real “Egypt”，telling my friends about this amazing experience, and surprising them with my store of Egypt knowledge and my passion towards this wonderful world.
It is another “ life goal ” of mine which I am determined to accomplish in my college years. So, when collecting information about the majors I am about to devote to, I have also—confidentially一glanced over the studies of religion, renaissance, and so on. I would like to minor in this field or in the very least, to audit the lectures in these centers. I feel thrilled on the thought of listening to those renowned experts elaborating on the history, and explore the life thousands of years ago under their guidance.

两年前，我读了一部关于拉美西斯二世和纳菲尔塔莉的小说，便悄悄地爱上了古代历史。 虽然拉美西斯和纳菲尔塔利有虚构的成分，但他们的爱情却让我 心荡神移。从那时开 始，我就开始搜寻关于埃及的一切——我不再那么痴迷拉美西斯了，而是为古埃及这个 国家感到震撼：惊叹于他们的文化、传统，还有流芳万古 的传说。我希望更多地了解 这段神秘的历史，在某个合适的时间，带着我脑中的“古埃及全景”，游历这个一直让 我魂牵梦绕的国家。.

I have developed a secret love for ancient history ever since two years ago, when I read a novel about Ramses
II and Nefertari. They are fictions, but I was totally attracted by the romance. I started to hunt for everything that may be related to Egypt—but my obsession towards Ramses has gradually faded. Instead, I have been more stirred by ancient Egypt as a country, its culture, tradition, and legends. I want to know more about this mysterious history, and find some proper time to visit this place I have been longing to take a look, packaged with a vivid reconstruction of ancient Egypt in my head.
