-Material pending to rework has to be reworked. I’ve seen the same 2 pallets for more than 2 months in the same location in front of the laboratory. Move nearby rework table现场待返工的
产品返工完。

实验室外面有两托盘产品已经放了至少两个月了。

移到返工台附件放置。

-Material pending to define from quality (rework or scrap) has to be managed and dispose properly (this time Marc’s signature will be enough in case we have to scrap. Remember we have to destroy cartridges with our machine before scraping). If pending to rework, move to the proper area and start to deal with it.所有物料该返工的或报废的有质量部决定。

要报废的一定要用粉碎机。

如果要返工的移到定义好的地方并马上处理。

-SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THERMOSTATIC LINE. Tomorrow TM006 has to be working. 特别注意恒温生产线，TM006明天必须生产。

o Cabinet with all the tools nearby TS line工具柜放置所有工装夹具放在产线旁。

o Packaging material organized. Remove yellow foam包材放置整齐，海绵移走
o Shelves with all TS materials well identified料架上所有材料表示定位
o No water in the floor地面无水迹
o Lights defined in the last review with me working灯光该有的有。

o All documents and quality alerts well positioned所有文件及质量警报放置在醒目的地方。

o All the actions reviewed in our last improvement workshop review implemented上次审核后所有待改善的项目全部实施
-Material to move into the lines well managed. No huge stocks and moved to the proper shelves.
所有物料移动到产线时，不能放很多库存在产线，多余的放到相应的料架上-New shelves nearby rework position organized and identified.靠近返工台的新架子整齐摆放，标识定位清楚
-No wood pallets in the lines (only blue ones)不要放木托盘，只放蓝色托盘在产线
-No untidy and unorganized maintenances in any of the printing machines in the line在产线上的喷码机保持干净整洁。

-Printing area喷码区
o Special printing WI for Jomoo projects放置特殊的九牧喷码作业指导书
o Try to clean as much as we can pending products to be printed所有待喷码的产品喷码前全部擦拭干净，不能有油脂。

-Packaging area tidy and not cartons in the floor.打包区干净整洁,不允许有纸箱碎屑在地上-Don’t produce a “mountain” of carton boxes in adva nce and store nearby the automatic lever-pin machines.不要堆积折好的纸箱象山一样在自动打钉机旁
-New waste bins nearby the toilets placed. Ruben knows the details.新的垃圾桶在厕所旁。

-Area marked with “material pending to be moved to warehouse” and place there only material pending to move to warehouse.待入仓区域只能放待入仓的产品
-Organize all the material island (not nice at all). Ruben knows the details in order to avoid so many carton boxes there.组织规划好所有的物料区域，避免放置很多的纸箱在那里。

-All the lines with the WI and following one piece flow.所有产线都必须要有作业指导书并且严格按一件流作业。

Injection Workshop –Kun & Ruben & Eric
- 1 pallet in each machine with the NEXT mould to be loaded in each machine.每一台准备好下一套换的模具在托盘上
-Each mould we take out has to attach before store the last parts produced – with OK from QC每一套换下的模具都要附上QC确认过的末件。

-Use red plastic boxes for parts in NG area. 不良品区域用红色箱子装不良品
-No tools in the machines. We have a trolley.几台上面不能放工具及其他杂物，要用工具车。

-Kun to provide how many injection noozles we use monthly and action plan to prevent throwing away so many. Kun提供每月需要用多少射嘴及行动计划如何防止丢掉这么多射嘴。

-Create a place and identify with parts pending to deburr. Have to be EACH BOX identified.定义好待削披锋的区域，每箱产品都要有明确的标示-Clean all the things we saw in our last workshop review.清扫清洁上次巡视所有的脏污地方
-All the documents have to be fulfilled daily所有该填写的记录每天及时记录好。

-No people on top of the machines putting material in the funnels. Fix the pumps and buy the stair as a back-up不允许有人站在机器上及炮筒上加料。

维修所有坏的吸料机并买梯子备用加料。

-No plastic parts in the floor地上不允许有注塑件和水口料
-Everybody using corresponding PPEs所有人必须穿戴好劳保用品
-Prepare a board with mold changes planning – Visual like the one we have for machines and mold status. There we will be able to see how many changes are
foreseen and in which machines – Ruben准备一个换模看板。
