As we all know, university is a pivotal time in our lives, a period where we are expected to grow, learn, and prepare ourselves for the future. However, with this growth and learning comes a significant amount of pressure. In this speech, I will discuss the various sources of pressure in university life, the impact they have on us, and some strategies to help us navigate through these challenging times.

Additionally, we should embrace the idea that it is perfectly normal to switch careers or change paths throughout our lives.
In conclusion, the pressure of university life is a multifaceted challenge that affects us all in different ways. Academic expectations, social dynamics, financial concerns, and the pressure to find a career path are just a few of the sources of pressure we face.
