3月3日 育栋学校举行新学期升旗仪式。
2014年、3月3日上午09：30我校举行了开学后的第一次升国旗仪式，全院师生参加了升国旗仪式。

在此，我向同学们提出几点要求和希望：一、要学会做人。

第二，要学会学习。

张校长在新年开学典礼会议上的讲话
尊敬的各位老师：
大家上午好！
度过了快乐，祥和的假期。
我们又将开始新的生活。
在此，我首先向在座的同仁们拜一个晚年，祝大家在新的一年里，身体健康，工作顺利，事业有成。
【自我简介】 我是一个农民的儿子，是浑源这片热土哺育了我。
从81年参加工作到现在，我始终和我的同事、学生们生活在一起，生活很充实，也很快乐。
2年前，我有幸加盟了育栋，成为育栋的一员。
这
里，我首先感谢刘董的知遇之恩，为我提供了生活的舞台，工作的平台；其次，我感谢在座的同
仁们，你们是育栋学校的骄傲，从你们身上我看到了育栋美好的明天。
【育栋的过去、现在和未来】
育栋学校创建于2007年，每每和当年目睹学校创建过程的领导老师们谈起当年的创建过程，
那种忘我的工作干劲，那种彻夜不眠的奉献精神，那种不计个人得失的博大胸怀，让我激动不已。
无论是领导还是教师，在他们身上体现的是育栋
精神（刘董打着吊针，连夜指挥平院，女教师都抬着床都上楼安装），正是这种精神，才使育栋在健康的轨道上不断做强做大。
然而，令我们不解的是，为什么比育栋早办一年的怀仁七中，都让我们望尘莫及。
怀仁十一中两年超过七中，三年赶上峪宏的目标也基本实现。
而我们谈起这些，总有这样和那样的理由。
为此，我找过多位教育界名人（包括怀仁的一些学校领导）进行探讨，我也常常琢磨此事，浏览了洋思中学、杜郎口中学，蒙牛，伊利，海尔等著名学校企业的创业历程。
最终我得到的启发是领导决策的高度，创新的意识思维，教师员工的工作力度，奉献意识，事业心，责任心，是决定学校发展的主要因素。
我说这些主要是提醒在座的大家，育栋的过去很辉煌，育栋的现在正处于发展的关键时期，遇到了前所未有的严峻挑战。
为了让育栋的未来更美好，我们必须在这个工作的舞台上凝心聚力，创新工作，以敢于和他人争高低的雄心壮志。
不推诿，敢担当，认认真真做好每件事，干好属于我们自己的每项工作。
让振兴育栋的理想变成现实，让育栋踏上发展的快车道，尽快成为真正意义上的朔同区域品牌学校。

班级管理浅谈
在班级管理中，我一直坚持一个观点是：
一个学生，他的生活精神，就是他的学习精神；他的生活方式，就是他的学习方式；他的生活能力就是他的学习能力；他的生活习惯，就是他的学习习惯……
在我们身边，往往以传统的课题，往往以教师，教材。
课堂为中心、一言堂。
满堂灌，教师一统天下，不关心学生的学习态度、学习情感、学习方式、思维状况。
不注意调动学生风关心云的善变，她深深地希望云只是因为沉重的负积极性，忽视学生的参与。
探索，以及学生间的合作交流。
自觉以及不自觉地把学生当成知识的容器，被动接受，最终是学生唯唯诺诺，唯师是从，失去了自主。
长此下去，不仅教学质量底下，而且严重影响了学生的个性发展。
学习原本就是学生自己的事，是他们个体的主观行为。
只有通过自主。
有效的学习才能实现。
所谓自主学习是相对于机械学习、被动学习、自主学习而言。
其核心就是使学生成为学习过程的主人，较少以及不依赖他人，没有学习的自主，在好的老师也教不会学习。
怎么样培养学生的自主学习能力呢？
转变教育观念，是培养学生自主学习能力的前提。
激发学习兴趣，是培养学生仔仔细细能力的手段
创设生动活泼的教学气氛。
是培养学生自主学习的条件
把主动权交给学生，是培养学生自主能力的途径
通过教学，一定要有意识地增强学生的自主学习意识，教给学生自主学习的方法，培养学生自主学习能力、学生有了自主学习能力与习惯后，才是真正学会了有效地学习，才能使学生从知识的被动接受者，过渡到知识的运用者、发现者和创造者。
立志：是个逗号，它只与奋斗联系在一起，才能成为一个完整的句号。
追求：是个破折号，它在人生的路途上无限延伸，是立志奋斗着的生命线。
希望：是一个引号，当你失望时，它常提醒你，“朋友，我在这里”。
奋斗：是一个感叹号，它是由追求者的血滴与汗珠凝结而成的.
劳动：是一个书名号，每个人都要用体力或脑力劳动去书写自己的历史。
知识：是一个问号，它永远在求知者耳畔询问：“你懂得了一切奥秘吗？”
转折：是一个分号，转折以前属于历史，转折以后属于自己。
休息：是一个顿号，倘若取消它，人生这篇长文章就无法读下去。
骄傲：是一个冒号，后面的注解是失败。
满足：是一个句号，它意味着人生路上停滞不前。
忧愁：是一个省略号，是失意者撒在人生路上的滴滴苦泪。
抹去这个省略号，人生就会变得充实与振奋！友谊：是一个等号，连接着心与心之间的相等。
个人利益：是小括号，它寓于大括号这个社会利益之中。

交通安全从我做起
2月28日上午 10时 50分许，阳高县发生一起交通事 故。
一辆载有10名学生的车牌为晋BBC122五菱之光面包车
，由西向东行驶至S301线36km+700m 处，与一辆由东向西 行驶车牌为蒙J16918东风重型货车相撞,造成面包车内5人 死亡，其中司机1人、学生4人;6名学生受伤，其中重伤1
人，轻伤2人，观察治疗3人。
据了解，所乘车的学生系阳高县民营学校晋阳学校学生，学生均为天镇县谷前堡镇人。
事故车辆为学校联系临时雇用，属非营运车辆，核定乘员7人,实乘11人。
据交警部门称，事故因下雪路滑引
起。

③ 公务活动中严禁吸烟；
④ 机关内部禁止提供烟草制品； ⑤ 违规吸烟的官员将被批评教育，造成恶劣影响将被严肃处理。
